Great food, ambiance, and service. I loved the lasagna and sweet red pepper sauce. The neighborhood isn't great, but give Europa a try.

Past due here, but, am here now. An absolute besty place to go and hang and just simply enjoy--what you see is what you get and it's quite original and fun to say the least of it all. Real ingredients, real dish's, authentic and a simple unhurried feel--wish they had other location, too, as well. A goldmine of goodness. (sad bout the other reviews of brat girls doing what they so often do these days--just inexcusably snotty--fire'em--get NEW help Europa) Our help is always good. Go. Visit. Enjoy. Rinse. Repeat. The Calzone's are scrumpcious.

I love this place. The Italian dishes are wonderful. The only issue I have is sometimes they take their time but still the best food around and well worth the wait. No need to hurry and rush, just enjoy the people you are

TLDR: There is lots of room for improvement in the service. We waited over an hour for all our food; everyone around us had already finished their meal (including dessert) by the time we were served. Several mistakes were made, like how my card was mischarged. We received no apologies for the service. In the slim chance there is a next time, I would only order takeout dessert. My friends and I (a group of 7) made a reservation for Friday night, and when we arrived there was another large group of 6 waiting. They got their table first, and then we got our table after around 5 minutes. However, they got their food, paid, and left before we even got our main courses. After 40 minutes, we received the singular drink that we ordered. We waited another 20 minutes for our soups and salads, and one appetizer to arrive, which were just okay. By this time, the other large group had already asked for their check. When my friends went up to the waiters and asked them for an update on our entrees, all they said was, “Everyone came at the same time, so your food will come soon,” but we got our food nearly 30 minutes after theirs. There was also another large table seated 10 minutes after us, but they still received their drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts and left about 20 minutes before us.Our group noticed a stark shift in the waitress’ attitude after this incident. We understand that the long wait was not the waitress’ fault, but her demeanor seemed apathetic and overall unfriendly. This made the atmosphere awkward and uncomfortable. Given that we were waiting for over an hour, we were expecting at least a little more graciousness and more sympathetic service. This wasn’t even the worst part of the night. After we requested our checks, she answered bewilderedly, “7 ways?” (What other option would we have??) Then, my friend simply inquired whether the restaurant accepted Apple Pay or not. She responded with a condescending and blunt “no.”Later, after we got our checks back, she accidentally forgot my card at the counter, and when I asked her about it, I did not receive any consolation. To make things worse, I realized that she had mixed up my receipt with my friend’s, and when I told her about it all she did was switch our receipts and I don’t believe I received an apology for that either…I have no idea if my card is getting charged with the incorrect amount or if the issue was actually resolved.Overall, does the excellent dessert redeem the poor service we had today?I don’t think so.

The food was amazing, but the service was even better! Not only were the employees super friendly, but they also did their best to squeeze us in last second, give directions in the city, and help celebrate our college acceptances! (The ambience was also extremely aesthetic).

Melissa made our experience incredible!! The food was delicious per usual but her service really was the cherry on top.

Simply , service was amazing and fast. However the items described on the menu do not portray what exactly you'll get. It sounds amazing on paper and presentation is great but the food falls flat. Its not bad but its not great. We got the manicotti and sweet pepper tortellini. The manicotti is heavy and hot. It was alot more cheese then expected. The pesto sauce was great light and rich but the amount of cheese overpowers and saturates the entite dish. The sweet pepper tortellini was good again just not for the price good. The tortellini tasted like it came from the store not made inhouse. The sauce was amazing. Was disappointed as it was a recommendation.

Having never been here, I was excited to try this place. I made reservations for 3 of us for dinner a few days before the date. They said they only had an opening at 6:15 p.m., so I grabbed it. I had hoped for something a bit earlier, as our paint class downtown was done at 5:15pm. We figured we would go over to the restaurant early, 40 minutes, maybe sit at the bar or get our table a little early. We arrived to find the place basically empty, literally 4 tables of guests. The hostess told us we'd have to wait until our scheduled reservation because all the empty tables were spoken for. So apparently, 40ish people were going to walk through the door in the next 15 minutes? I didn't buy it. There's no place to wait, really. She was so snooty that I told her to just cancel, and we'd find someplace else to have dinner. She should probably be working in the back of the house instead of directly with guests. I doubt I'll be back. There are plenty of great restaurants to have a wonderful experience downtown without rude staff.

The food is pretty good by Spokane standards but the service was lacking. My server was rude and ruined our experience. Not what I was expecting when spending $300.

We made a reservation for 5:30 pm because some of the people in our group had to leave for an event later that evening. It took them 2 hours to get our food to us. 3 people in our party left for their event and didn't get their food and I waited for it. They almost fixed the problem by offering us free desserts, but after we got the bill they still charged two of us for dessert. They gave some lame reason why only half of us would get a free dessert. We ended spending $140 for 4 people. Honestly, it has a great atmosphere, but be prepared for slow/inattentive service. Not what you would expect from a restaurant that costs as much as it did. Food was ok, but the experience was ruined. An hour in we asked for our food and it still took another hour to get it. I assume our order got misplaced. Maybe they are trying to capture the true Italian dining experience by drawing it out for hours? Probably should skip this place and got to Spaghetti Factory, lol.
