My husband and I had an excellent dinner of baked lasagna and chicken parmasen linguini . It was delicious! On a cold windy evening it really warmed us up!

Food is amazing but the customer service definitely needs work, there was one lady who is just straight mean, I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or something but you shouldn’t be in customer service if you’re going to treat people rudely

You pickup a prepared dish , turn around, step forward maybe 6 feet, swipe your credit card, and then your business has the audacity to ask for a tip! For what? Taking my money without the involvement of the clerk (who didn't even ask if I wanted a bag, let alone a receipt.??) I refuse to be coerced into leaving a tip for receiving nothing that even remotely can be defined as service.

Ordered 5 to go sandwiches via third party app. I was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I show up 20 mins later to Ferrante’s and asked for status of my order. Cashier cannot find order. She dug around in the system and finally locates the order. Says it will be 10 more minutes. 40 minutes later still no order. It’s apparent they never put the order in until i got there. Cashier was rude and never apologized or recognized their mistake. Eventually got home and was missing a sandwich. Called back and again, was met with rude service. Food we did get was great though.

Tony and his crew did drop catering (for about 150 people) for our daughters wedding reception. The food was amazing. We got so many compliments. The Mushroom Gnocchi, Chicken Diablo and Greek Salad were the highlights. Highly Recommend.

Food was excellent but we had to wait 40 minutes for it. A counter service restaurant should faster not slower

This was our first time going in here to dine and we were very happy with this place! The food is really good and the gelato is amazing! I tasted the lemoncello and immediately said I need this one! They also have caramel sauces from caramel kitchen so of course I had to buy a bottle! I had the pizza with garlic crème sauce and my mom had the monzo pasta and both dishes were great. We will be back for sure

Title: This Is Not Italian. It’s an Offense to the Family.

Let me be clear — not a single Italian was present in this establishment, and it showed.
Italian cuisine is not just about food — it’s about atmosphere, respect, and soul. It’s about sitting down with a glass of deep red wine, arguing lovingly about the merits of Ligurian vs. Tuscan olive oil, and feeling like you’re part of something bigger than just a meal.

Instead, we were greeted like strangers at a bus stop — handed a menu without warmth, and told to sit outside. “Out of kindness,” they’d bring our food, as if this were a favor and not a transaction.
Che vergogna. That’s not hospitality. That’s a cold plate of baloney served with a smile.

The panini? Passable, but only because we begged for marinara sauce — which was the only thing keeping it from falling apart like a Fiat on an American freeway. I’ve had better sandwiches in gas stations off the Autostrada.

And then — mamma mia — they have the audacity to request a tip. For what, exactly? That is not gratuity, that is extortion, and in my culture, that’s considered defacing the family name.

But the real slap in the face came in the form of their “fettuccine Alfredo.” A $35 take-home disaster that promised comfort and delivered betrayal. We followed their instructions. We did what they said. And yet what emerged from the oven was not a meal, but a crime scene: broken sauce, clumpy noodles, and an oily mess that could’ve lubed a Vespa chain. And no — it wasn’t olive oil. Don’t insult me.

I was raised in an Italian family. Food was sacred. And after this experience… I almost wished I’d been raised British. At least then I would’ve expected this level of culinary despair.

I won’t be back. And if you care about Italian food, neither should you.
This place isn’t a ristorante. It’s a front for disappointment.
