This was our first time going in here to dine and we were very happy with this place! The food is really good and the gelato is amazing! I tasted the lemoncello and immediately said I need this one! They also have caramel sauces from caramel kitchen so of course I had to buy a bottle! I had the pizza with garlic crème sauce and my mom had the monzo pasta and both dishes were great. We will be back for sure

Usually when I come in they are so attentive and friendly but when I called tonight, Saturday @ 6:30pm the customer service was very poor. The young woman answered the phone just said hold on- not even good evening Ferantes! I was on hold for 5 minutes! Once she came back, I asked if there was any market place meals she said no and that the kitchen was too busy for us to order anything! She laughed as though she was funny! Very unprofessional and not customer service friendly.

We did a pick-up catering order from Ferrantes for Homecoming dinner for a big group and it was perfect! Everything was delicious and packaged well to transport and stay warm. Staff are so helpful and friendly and the little market is so cute!
