Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without seeing a soul... There were a few other people sitting in the place so it was obviously open... I guess the employee went home for the day or something. Would have been nice to be greated by a person let alone to have gotten a coffee 😔

This is my new favorite coffee place for multiple reasons. The quality is top notch, the staff is friendly, knowledge and efficient, and they're exceptionally creative with their coffee creations. I've been a fan of the Smoked Cold Fashioned for some time now. They recently added a few more unusual creations, including a thyme latte. It probably helps that they make their own syrups.

Very cool vibe inside, with plenty of tables and barstools. They have a loft as well which is the perfect study spot. Their menu has creative seasonal drinks along with all your coffee shop staples (and house made syrups!). They serve roast house coffee which is a plus for yummy coffee and supporting local!

Great coffee made with attention to detail. I mainly drink espresso and it has been outstanding. The occasional cappuccino has been exceptional, with the milk sweetness jumping out and complementing the espresso. Great people too.

This coffee shop is spacious, uniquely decorated ( a chandelier made of actual instruments) and staff was very friendly. We tried one of the signature lattes as well as an oatmilk latte. Also tried some of the pastries. I can say that the biscuit they used for the southern breakfast Sammy was PERFECT. It was soft and buttery and crumbled just right. I mean, it was definitely the perfectly cooked biscuit. The pesto egg and cheese sammy also surprised me because despite the bread being made with cauliflower and being gluten free, it was super delicious and you can’t tell at all. My one comment would be regarding consistency. Both lattes were made with oatmilk, but one of the lattes the milk was burnt and thus became bitter. The latte that was not burnt was very delicious however and successfully executed. Overall it was a good experience. Shout out to who ever the baker is.

Really cool coffee spot we encounter on our drive through Spokane. Generally I just get a pour over but today I got their specialty drink which was a play on an old fashion cocktail. Tasted great, nice little mix to my taste buds. I may even try to make one myself!
