This is the first 5 guys I have purchased from and not been super happy to eat. The food was so greasy it leaked through the bag and they messed up the order.

i called in an order for myself and came to pick it up and one of the guys in the store was completely and utterly rude. passive aggressive and made me feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable. i couldn’t even bring myself to talk to the guy at the counter. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! that was awful!!!

You would have thought for almost 35 dollars the food would have been better then McDonald's, the burgers Patty's were so thin, it was like they weren't even on there, the fries, a whole different story, mushy and couldn't even hardly pick them up without making a mess, several different soda flavors were flatter then there burger pattys, also seems like alot of people come in there just to get out of the weather and eat the free peanuts and make more unnecessary loud conversations so others can't cant talk to there table guest.

Worst five guys burger I have had. Took about 15 minutes to get our food yet our burgers they were cold. A worker even asked how our food was and we told them the burgers were cold. They didn’t offer to do anything about it.

I have to give one employee FIVE STARS….I think his name is Avery. (Big guy with black glasses). I am an Uber and Door Dash delivery person. Had it not been for him noticing I was about to leave (too long a wait) I would have cancelled the (large) order. He was very observant and saw me. He, immediately, made sure I got my order! (You better make that guy a manager if he isn’t already)!

Really enjoy the burgers, HOWEVER, the short ride home .05 miles....and we sit down to wet burgers...the bun is pretty bad....so I went again 3 nights ago....and the same problem...we take the bun off...because its just a soppy mess......there HAS to be a better way .......

I eat here probably once a month. Best burger in town, staff is always courteous and friendly. The price is now comparable to the crappy burgers you get at the big 3, and here you're getting an old style restaurant burger that tastes amazing.

Food is good! But straight up….. stop packaging the food in such a sloppy way. I shouldn’t need like 15 napkins to eat one hotdog, I swear I ruin at least one article of clothing involuntarily when I unwrap yo shiz nitz… like it’s so sloppy I don’t even get to consume it before the sauce and onions and stuff falls out of the packaging and stains everything.
Will update my review the day I unwrap my food and it’s neat and tidy the way it is at other fast food restaurants hehe
