Five Guys in Spokane Valley, I will start with the good: Service was very good, the young guy who took our order was very polite, very patient, very helpful, and very respectful. I wish I'd have gotten his name. The Order, our order was delayed ( there were only two in our party meaning no complicated specialities) and somehow got pushed down the prep line. I will say the place was busy so let's extend some grace. When we received the order and opened it up, it was not correct. However, it was close as they were indeed bacon cheese, but with extra stuff added that we did not order. Apparently, others had gotten wrong orders as well and returned them. We opted to eat what we were given. The Food, Five Guys always has tasty food, and the burgers were great. We enjoyed the fries as well. The soda machine was a little sketchy and wasn't mixing sodas as well as it should have. All in all, that one young guy made the difference, the food is good, and we enjoyed our visit. The only real bummer: this Five Guys has NO dipping sauce, only Catsup/ Ketchup. We visited a FG in Southern Utah, and they offered a variety of delicious sauces. I'm not sure why all Five Guys are not created equal, but catsup/ ketchup worked out ok. We will go back again. Five Guys is always good.

I think the portion is also good The fries in my opinion are too oiled and not the best but I like the burgers. You can add a lot of toppings for free, it's a plus

We ordered 2 milkshakes. No one started making them for 10 minutes. People working behind the counter stood talking and laughing and didn’t even look at us. We stood at the counter and asked them about the milkshakes and they apologized. They then discovered that they had no cups and had to go find them in back. 20 minutes later we were given our milkshakes. We walked out watching 6 people eat their burgers and fries - they came in after we ordered our milkshakes. Very poor customer service.

Awesome burgers. Only thing I wish they had was a smaller meal. The burger and fries is just a little too much for one person bread.
Clean, easy to find, food is delicious as always and the soda machine is great! Lots of options! Seating is a little tight and not very wheelchair friendly but you can make it work.

It took 45 minutes to get our food and didn't feel too busy. For having 7 people on staff they should be able to get the food out a lot faster. I could have bought the meat at the store, gone home and cooked it for as quick as they are.

It’s wild I am an old five guys manager and it’s sad to watch these folks pretend to be a manager they they never clean the lobby , they don’t call guests out coming inside slow or not I see 2 black shirts ones to busy telling story’s to get orders right the other seems so nervous to talk to a customer it’s akward ,five guys use to care if the gm stayed signed in to a register and let their employees take orders off their drawer but I guess not here cause Ariel surely didn’t take my order for he would have a very feminine name if so! Just insane the standers have fallen soooo far from what they should and use to be do better plz

Terrible I will not return .. large cup of soggy fries .a cold cheeseburger so cold the cheese didn't melt cheeseburger # 2 arrived with no patty on it not worth the 35$ we spent

Place is really clean and friendly. Prices are expensive. Almost $11 for just a bacon cheese burger. Fries were good. Burger, no flavor and fell apart. Cheap cheese.
