Ordered a cheeseburger and fries using Uber Eats and for some unknown reason my fries were spicy hot? I didn’t order hot Cheetos I ordered French fries so whoever decided to make them spicy isn’t the brightest. I threw them away so it was a waste of $6. Not ordering from 5 guys ever again!

Food is great, so far the best burgers in spokane we've found, the customizable shakes are also amazing, definitely one of our favorite places to eat. And the fries 🍟 are on another level, if you want fries you definitely get then here. They will fill a brown paper bag for you full. We've come here twice so far and both time got s bag of fries nearly full to the top. We will be back often. Only thing I would like to see improve is cleanliness, the tables are often lightly dirty but dirty non the less.

My issue is the new AI phone ordering system. Its absolutely awful and doesnt work well. Talked to it for like 15 mins trying to get an order it and ended up having to quit because it was so bad.

Whoever made my burger needs to be fired. They threw it in the bag upside down without fully wrapping it. When I received it the lettuce, tomato, onion, and patties were just floating around in the bag with my fries. Not to mention, the pickles were between the foil and bun. Not even on the sandwich. What a complete joke. This is an embarrassment that someone would treat another person’s food like this. Completely ruined my $16 burger. I would be ashamed to give a customer this order. I don’t know how any sane, sober person could even make this mistake.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was great as always and what I have come to expect from a 5 Guys experience. Store was very clean.

Five Guys in Spokane Valley, I will start with the good: Service was very good, the young guy who took our order was very polite, very patient, very helpful, and very respectful. I wish I'd have gotten his name. The Order, our order was delayed ( there were only two in our party meaning no complicated specialities) and somehow got pushed down the prep line. I will say the place was busy so let's extend some grace. When we received the order and opened it up, it was not correct. However, it was close as they were indeed bacon cheese, but with extra stuff added that we did not order. Apparently, others had gotten wrong orders as well and returned them. We opted to eat what we were given. The Food, Five Guys always has tasty food, and the burgers were great. We enjoyed the fries as well. The soda machine was a little sketchy and wasn't mixing sodas as well as it should have. All in all, that one young guy made the difference, the food is good, and we enjoyed our visit. The only real bummer: this Five Guys has NO dipping sauce, only Catsup/ Ketchup. We visited a FG in Southern Utah, and they offered a variety of delicious sauces. I'm not sure why all Five Guys are not created equal, but catsup/ ketchup worked out ok. We will go back again. Five Guys is always good.
