Can't tell it was toasted at all.

This location was clean, friendly and absolutely worth the trip! The staff were kind and friendly, the location itself was well maintained and clean (including the bathrooms), and the food was spot on and delicious.Dietary restrictions: You can get any burger lettuce-wrapped if you are gluten-free!Parking: Various parking spaces / lots available.Kid-friendliness: Everyone was kind to my littles! They offer those little white cards and crayons to keep them occupied as well.

This place has gone downhill, don't know if it's new management or what. Hamburger wasn't just rare it was bright red. So after driving over two miles back to show the manger. She asked if I wanted another, I was about half sick from the last one why would I want another? She didn't offer a refund, just smiled... She's probably the cook. Won't be back

It was OK. It had been probably 6 years since I last had 5 guys. It's good (not great), but not worth the price.
Staff does not care, return the fry 2 times for having too much salt, my half-hour break time gone without food, and I had to get a refund if you wanted better service good food try north side five guys they are awesome.
