This is a great place for a mom and daughters lunch. They have a nice variety of crepe options, and every item we ordered was delish. I got the basil and tomato one, which had arugula that I am not a fan of, but the subtle bitterness of the cooked arugula worked well with the crepe. All the crepes were a pretty healthy portion, but light enough to want to finish them and not worry about taking any with you. The place was packed, so we ordered to go, but found a table just before they finished making our lunch, and it was nice to sit in their bright dining area.

Been wanting to try this place and I finally made it in for lunch. I had the special which was lamb sausage, arugula, sundried tomatoes and some amazing aioli on top. It was AWESOME! I got a sweet crepe to go and it was also delish! The atmosphere was chill and they had good music. Very nice staff. Can't wait to go back!

Great food. Portion sizes were decent for the price. Left full. Flavors were excellent. I got cheese and potatoes, wife got goat cheese or something and kid got the chocolate one. I liked mine the best. Coffee was pretty good also and fairly priced, one guy came in just to get a cup and I don't blame him.

Had a wonderful lunch with my husband, I got the basil and tomato and he got the Monte Cristo both had a wonderful balance of flavor and were hot fresh from the kitchen. We also split a lemon curd with blueberry and the curd was quite tart (which i love) it all was under $30 as well!

OMG...how did I not find this place sooner! The savory crepes are amazing. I did the potato and egg crepe with bacon jam. Perfectly savory AND sweet with the ham. But I still needed something sweet so I I got a second one...yes I'm that guy! The vanilla curd with fresh blueberry hut that sweet spot for me! My wifey tried the vanilla curd with blueberries...next time it will be tuff for me to decide which is better vanilla or lemon!

I had no idea that all that you could do with a crepe! And Fleur De Sel does all the things so well.

I love this place! It is very quaint! Great crepes! great little environment. They have high chairs for little ones and always have great specials. If you are a foodie this place is a great stop on your Spokane trip.

The Monte Cristo was great. Bigger portions than I thought.

I'm coming back every day I'm here!! Vegan crepes that taste delicious!?!? YES PLEASE!!! Service was superb and I loved my food! So many options to chose from. Tomorrow I'm coming back for the sweet options-definitely one and maybe two :) I had the Monte Crisco with rhubarb and that rhubarb was delicious! I think I would like to order it by itself and just eat that! MMM! I also loved the mixed salad. The slaw was really good and I enjoyed the tarragon dressing with it. I also love that they use real silverware and have lots of compostable products. It is a bummer it isn't super easy to see from the street yet thanks to my yelp friends I was able to find this gem! THANKS!

We were here from Seattle and wanted a vegan option. Both the savory veggie and the rhubarb blueberry were very good! Great, friendly staff and cute eating area. Good value for the price too! We will definitely be back.

Really good. You get a good amount of food for the price, the Monte Cristo is worth every penny.

Amazing and unique crepes. Great staff that makes you feel like you've always belonged here. The flavor combos are surprising but delicious. This is rapidly becoming a regular spot.

Really good crepes. We had the specials, an apple cranberry (vegan) sweet crepe with a goat cheese panna cotta topping and an Italian sausage broccoli slaw (GF) savory crepe drizzled with balsamic. Pleasant and friendly staff. Only criticism is they were out of regular forks due to a busy morning and we should have asked for them because the plastic ones available didn't do the job and my husband broke his about halfway through the meal trying to cut his crepe.
