Service was really fast and friendly & the food was edible. Nothing special, honestly. The whole place screams stuck in the 70's complete with wood paneling and yellow tinted glass

A true Spokane staple, Frankie Doodle’s has been around forever, yet somehow, I had never been—until now. The experience was nothing short of welcoming, starting with the waitress, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and full of smiles.

The food? Absolutely delicious. I ordered the **French dip sandwich with au jus**, and it was cooked to perfection. While waiting, I was pleasantly surprised to find a copy of the **Huckleberry Press**, complete with a word search, sudoku, and an entire page filled with jokes to share with others. It made the wait enjoyable and added to the diner’s warm, nostalgic charm.

Frankie Doodle’s isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a piece of Spokane history, offering good food, friendly service, and little touches that make the experience special. If you haven’t been yet, it’s worth the visit.

Even though they were extremely busy, they still were able to see our party of 11. We still had great service and really good food, it was breakfast.

The Californian sandwich is a treat. And a great way to fill a lunch break while downtown. AND the texas cinnimon roll is a meal of its own.

Classic American diner. I had eggs, hasbrowns and toast, which were all good! The hasbrowns were nice and crispy but a little soggy with cooking oil. I ordered a cinnamon roll to go. It was huge and delicious! Service was fantastic!
