Just passing through Spokane very last minute and did a quick search for the best local breakfast. This place kept coming up from locals, so it had to be good. Turns out they were right.

These guys don’t miss.

Can’t remember the name of the guy who served us, but he was fantastic. Super friendly and on it.

Had the corned beef hash and the toast and both were incredible. Seriously good breakfast.

Highly recommend if you’re in Spokane.

Too bad they do not take reservations, I have waited for over 45-50 min each time my family and I eat there. Very nice atmosphere and service is great too

Last few times takes forever to be greeted with an empty restaurant. There was stuff floating in my water. The food was definitely not worth $21 and I actually wanted the cheaper version for $15. I feel like the cheaper option would have had the same amount of food. Total for breakfast and one coffee for a single person was $27. We ate at Molly's with 3 people yesterday for $50. Service, food, and price not worth it. Won't be going to franks again.

Every time I come to Spokane for work, I have breakfast here before heading to the airport. I love that its in a converted train car. Very cool. The food portions are generous and delicious. I usually get the meat lovers omelet. It comes with hashbrowns and toast. There is so much food, I can hardly finish it. I sat at the counter and watched the cooks make my food. The servers are friendly making for a great experience.

Franks is a delicious experience in a fun atmosphere! My husband and I shared the chicken fried steak and it was to die for! We finished with the cinnamon roll waffle and loved that as well. We’re even considering coming back during our stay in Spokane.

Breakfast was hot and filling, with friendly service and a comfortable diner feel. Prices were fair for the portions, so I’d stop back again

Edit: The manager or owner of this restaurant reached out to me today and was very apologetic on the food that we got Hopefully, next time, the food will be better . Last time, I was there, Six months ago had a turkey bacon sandwich, and there was no bacon on it.Maybe crumbs from leftover breakfast . Was not good. I thought I try the food again tonight.Tried the ruben, did think you could mess up a ruben? But you sure, can it was mostly cheese with like corn beef sprinkled on top of it with a little bit of sourcraut. My husband had roast beef, hot beef sandwich and the meat was old.Hardly any gravy, and what was gravy, it was water down. If you want to throw away your money and get crappy food. This is the place to go to. Almost fifty dollars down the drain. The food was crap
