Breakfast all-day options. I ordered Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs to-go. Tasty, ample portion with some excellent rye toast. Sorry I couldn't dine in as the old dining railway car was gorgeously decorated. Looking forward to trying more on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Accommodating.

Friendly started, was greeted before we even got in the restaurant which was nice. The ambiance is nice. I liked reading about the history of the train car. Seats aren't the most comfortable but it's a train. Had a classic breakfast of eggs, hash browns, and bacon. It was delicious and up there for breakfast places.

I've lived in Spokane since 2010 but had not yet experienced Frank's Diner. To be quite frankly, I wasn't impressed by the food. What I enjoyed the most was the toasted bread from my hot turkey sandwich and my cup of coffee ☕️ ?There's something about a cup of coffee at a diner that brings so much comforting magic, so I'm not surprised I enjoyed that part of the meal.

Franks Diner is an absolute gem! Nestled inside an old presidential train car, the atmosphere is truly unique and charming. The blueberry French toast I had was simply divine. The blueberries were bursting with flavor and the toast was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was a decadent treat that left me wanting more. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made me feel right at home. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Franks Diner for a meal you won't soon forget!

Best eggs Benedict in town. And they don't charge you extra for gravy if you want some. Definite improvement since I time I was there.

This place is solid. Eating in a railroad car with history? Yep. Loved it. Breakfast for me anytime! Sat at the rail, had great service and super fun neighbors (maybe it was the mimosas they were drinking)! When in Spokane, do it!

Sam was one of the best servers we have had being on the road for 6 months traveling. Eating at the counter in a vintage train car was so cool. And our food was excellent!! Highly recommend.
