Try the salmon Benedict, and if you have any room left, get a banana shake to go.

Great food and great service in a super cool old train car! Very popular so be prepared to wait-so worth it.

Their potato salad is just like mom used to make. They also make an amazing Reuben. I go there and always get the reuben and potato salad. I've been there for breakfast and their pancakes are amazing.

We were hoping to have a great experience at this train car diner. We ordered the half pound Bison burger, it was all bun and wilted lettuce and had no flavor, you would think for an overpriced $20 burger you would get full, our granddaughters children's menu hamburger tasted so much better and it was about the same size patty. Drive by this dive.

Busy place on a Saturday morning and about a 30 minute wait but the food and services was well worth it! Will definitely go again next time we are in town.

Nothing to be excited about. Good honest dining experience. Put this on your to do list. A meal in a train!

Good family eating. Known far and wide for their hashbrowns. Lots of choices. Good coffee.

Cute little train converted to a diner. It is really well decorated and restored so that was fun. Something different. Came in on a Friday afternoon around 1:30 for a late breakfast. Had the standard eggs and browns meal. Eggs were cooked well but the hash browns were definitely burned, not black but very dark brown and crunchy. The bacon was also very over cooked. Biscuits were fine. Spouse had the Florentine omelette which he said was good. His biscuit was dry but he said it was fine. Waitress was not too friendly, seemed a bit irritated about something. Apparently they were closing early for a wedding so seemed rushed. I was not impressed at all so will try another location.

I came back to Frank's North Side after a two year hold. I always have breakfast before a big event that I help out with and last Saturday was that event. Zoe took care of me and did so in top form. I had The Works omelet and it hit the spot. In fact, it was so good, I think I should have forgone the sourdough toast-had one piece. I even got my tomato juice as well. But I'm happy to say that I had 3 cups of coffee proving that I have not lost my taste for the beverage. So, based on the past and the recent visit, I still say Frank's is the BEST place for breakfast out any time.

Have you ever paid 3.50 for a side of toast? Owner is pushing it and there is a ceiling for prices Probably won't go again. Not ready to paying 23 ÷ tip for breakfast

We love going to Franks as its a very friendly diner and good service. Today was very disappointing with the food and the quantity. We normally split a meal my wife and I as we don't have a very big appetite. We noticed that the meal was quite smaller and not the usual portion. I believe the price stayed the same but, not sure on that. Its sad to see that things are going in the wrong direction for us folks that look forward to a good meal at a decent price.

Love their fried green tomatoes! All the food we ordered was so amazing, and big portions! Even the kids french toast

The food and service continues to be exemplary and I only wish other restaurants in Spokane would follow their lead. We have tried over a dozen items on their menu and all were great. When were in the Valley we hit Skyway, Dolly's downtown and here when we're in Mead. We have sent a lot of friends and they enjoy it also!!

Always busy but always worth it. Fast and friendly service, and absolutely delish classic breakfast. The portions are decent. Lastly such a cool atmosphere.

Great experience as always! They never disappoint. Both of our servers were great, asked all the right questions, without being too over the top and in your face. Even after forgetting stuff they almost instantly remembered and went and grabbed us our stuff that they missed when bringing out the original order. Food tasted great as it always does, highly recommend the peppercorn steak, the sauce it comes with goes with almost anything from potatoes, fries, bread, or steak! Overall great staff, great atmosphere with alot of great food choices.
