I love Frank's, ever since we found them when we were driving thru back in 2016 and found the one downtown. We've lived in Spokane since 2021 now and I end up there probably at least once a month, probably more often, between eating in or ordering take out.

Now, I'm sure all the food is great but when I find my thing at a restaurant that's usually what I go there for. At Frank's I either get the club or the hot beef sandwich. The hot roast beef is delicious and continues to be a favorite of mine and my mom. The club tho? I probably won't order it again, not unless I can switch out to a better bacon. This club is something I used to love - it's the first thing I tried at Frank's after moving here and it's the thing I order the majority of the time. So I've eaten a lot of clubs here. But they must have changed the bacon they use on it, because the last 3 times I've ordered it, including today, it's not been the same. It's a thicker, smokier more salty type…. More ham like than bacon like. And I'm sorry…. But I hate it. I can't even finish a half of the sandwich before I just end up pulling it off to trash. The turkey is still good and the thick sourdough is great but why am I paying $21 to end up throwing away what should be great bacon? I ordered it again today, 8/4, because I was hungry and had honestly kind of forgotten that they'd made this change. I got home with it, saw the ham, took a bite to see if maybe it'd somehow taste better - and nope.

I will continue to go - the hot roast beef is still delicious, I had that last week and would recommend it to everyone. But I won't order the club again unless I can have them change out the bacon to the bacon they use in other dishes - and maybe not even then, because I don't like being the person that changes up things too much for the kitchen.

Overall though: love the atmosphere and the old train. The servers are usually pretty great and the food keeps me coming back - even if the club isn't something I'll keep ordering.

Once again hands down the best brunch place in WA. The long wait times are worth it. I stop here as often as I can. The food is amazing. Great service and a great atmosphere.

This is our go-to breakfast spot. Their waffle is the best I've ever had. Also, try their frozen jam. I'm not a big jam girl, but its so yummy. Very quick service. The servers are consistently fantastic. We've never had an issue. Servings are large and the coffee is good.

Had a great breakfast. Best bacon I've ever had because it was mostly meat, not the thin, fatty kind most places serve. Service and food were great. Had a bit of a wait, but it is run very efficiently and they got us in quickly.

It was just a fun time! Really delicious food and I love that they put sprinkles on my hot coco!

The service was terrible. I had to ask three times for a high chair for my 1 year old who is a very active child. We were served the main portion of our meals and told our sides would be out shortly. We finished what we were served before we got the rest. After I put server had already taken other tables their food. We mentioned we hadn’t received our sides yet. She comes back and says they have to remake them because they had been sitting for awhile. My son’s sides were then not cooked very well. I never received my side of biscuits and gravy, but at that point didn’t even care. But had seen her take the same thing to the table right by us. She brought the bill and it had the biscuits and gravy on it still. She had gave us a discount for waiting but then I asked to have the biscuits and gravy removed. They did end up sending us with the biscuits and gravy to go. Which was nice. I appreciated them trying to make it right, but for our first experience there, it really sucked we seemed to be the only people who had such horrible service. Our waitress did seem to be doing everything. There was another waitress walking around as if she had no clue how to do her job or even what to do. The food wasn’t all that great. My hash browns weren’t cooked very well and my son said his waffle wasn’t the best. The deviled eggs were beautiful and absolutely delicious. I would probably only ever order those to go sometime. I hope management can find a solution to their poor service.
