POV: That feeling when you're so hungry and all you want is something fast and healthy. I'm obsessed; Fresh & Foraged literally checks all the boxes -- local, healthy, fast, and delicious. I feel like Spokane might be sleeping on this place. The food is satisfying and staff are so kind! Def going to be one of my go-tos when I'm on the north side. 😊

Bro… this spot SLAPS. I wasn’t expecting a salad place to go this hard, but the greens were insanely fresh and every ingredient tasted clean and legit. Absolute fuel.

The Hawaiian Dream smoothie? Straight-up unbelievable. Like a tropical cheat day without the guilt.

And shoutout to the talent behind the counter vibes were immaculate and easy on the eyes. Ask for Cara when you go. Trust me, she’ll take care of you and put together a bowl that hits different.

Definitely coming back for another round. 💪🥗🍍

I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich with their tomato bisque soup and oh my it was delicious!!! All the flavors hit the spot!! They have cute rings too!

Went in today because we were amazed last time we went, don’t live in the area. The two ladies in front of us took a bit mostly because there were technical difficulties. As the customer was signing up for rewards a regular customer came in behind us. The lady taking orders obviously knew this customer and started making her usual salad, rather than working on the order she was currently taking. Then instead of taking my order, which was simply two soups, she asked me and my husband to step aside so she could ring up the repeat customer who came in at least 10 minutes after us. Her and the customer then proceed to be condescending to me, because I was vocal about us not being taken of first. Food was great, but highly doubt we will ever go back.

We loved our visit! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our drinks were made to order and were made just right to our liking. The salad area and cold table was filled with fresh ingredients and well presented, the whole experience was wonderful and we will be back! Can’t wait to try more menus items and support this cute little business. Side note, you can really tell the new owners are putting their heart and soul into this place, offering fresh ingredients, appealing options and super clean establishment.

This place is phenomenal! I would love to eat here for all three meals every day!! Such an incredible decision clean menu! So many menu options!! They were so also so kind! 11/10 recommend the absolute best “fast food” restaurant on the north side!!!!

I got a hot Chipotle chicken sandwich and it had so much fresh flavor and packed with protein!!

Best organic, health conscientious eatery around!! Betty personalized our dine-in experience with at-the-table conversation that went above and beyond general customer service! The food was absolutely fantastic with excellent portion sizes!! My dining party and I ate the chicken bacon wrap, fiesta bowl, Thai curry bowl, nutty monkey smoothie and the vegan pumpkin loaf!!! Everything from the cuisine, to the service, to the atmosphere was exceptional!! We were extremely impressed at the overall experience we had!!! I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a real healthier approach to dining while taking a break from all the normal restaurant and fast food bustle. No wonder Fresh and Foraged Cafe is the #1 listing for the Google search of 'best organic restaurants in Spokane'!!!

Staff was incredibly friendly, the decor and atmosphere is super cute and earthy, and the food was great. Even the small salad was super filling and I could barely finish it due to the large serving size. The salmon wrap was very good and I was a huge fan of the roasted sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Also, coconut bacon? Never had it before and it was so good. Highly recommend. Vegetarian and vegan friendly, you can build your own salad- There’s no other place in Spokane that I know of that is like this.

Very glad I came back and gave them another try after a few years. Eating gluten free can be discouraging but the addition of GF wraps was a game changer for options! PLEASE make the Southwest Breakfast Burrito a regular menu item - it's absolutely delicious!

Big fan of this place and have been a regular patron for 2+ years. They recently went through an ownership change but have only improved. New menu is larger and portions seem to also be better. My go to cobb with chipotle is great and now with REAL BACON. Anyways, give this place a try if you have not already. The full size salad at $15 is a deal. The new gals working here are also wonderful, nice and efficient. 5 stars.

Was looking for a healthy option and found this place. I really wanted to like it based on prior reviews. I guess it's under new ownership. Unfortunately for us the salad wasn't great or anything special worth over $15. But my salad had something water in the bottom of the bowl and pieces of wilted lettuce and spinach. Like that weird disgusting kind. I'm sorry but that's not acceptable and should be checked if you're paying that much. I didn't even eat my whole salad. The owner was very nice and is maybe just getting the hang of things. The cookies were good.
