Gerardo's Authentic Mexican Food

Horrible experience, ordered two churros they gave me one full of strawberry jam and I told them my kids can’t have that he’s allergic the cook threw a baby fit throwing the food in the trash as hard as he can saying they all crème after showing him one of the churros had nothing in it at all… food wasn’t worth 45$ for two meals

The food was absolutely horrible!!! Some of it was completely unedible

I loved this place, I loved the food especially the grilled chicken burrito 😋 and the super friendly service, I will definitely come back.

I've been here twice and the food was amazing. The carne asada mini tacos are definitely more moist and fresh compared to a different popular chain. All the salsas were delicious, and the horchata was great as well.

By far the worst taco salad I’ve ever had. First I asked for ground beef. Instead I got shredded beef that was filled with so much grease I could lube an Ls motor. The tomatoes weren’t cut either. It was horribly put together. Last time I will ever order from that location

Ugh it had been forever since I've had lengua and this place definitely hit the spot with their lengua tacos. Will definitely be going back.

I go here all the time and have never had a bad experience. I usually eat inside with my boyfriend and I always get the chicken quesadilla. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE when there was a very long black hair inside the cheese of my quesadilla. I’m actually disgusted and for the amount of money i spend here i would expect there not to be pieces of other people’s dna in my food. 0/10 go to the one on Monroe.

I'm from out of town and come up to Spokane every 3 months to visit my mom. I found Gerardo's down from my uncles and I love it. The food is made fresh and is great and it's not overpriced if your looking for good authentic Mexican food this is the place.

I ordered because I was craving a Chimichanga and Chili Relleno, the reviews were good, so I was hopeful. The portions are very large, BUT...the chimichanga was not fried, just wrapped in a tortilla (if it was fried it didn't even darken the tortilla), and the chili relleno was two small peppers with some cheese stuffed in it and drowned in canned enchilada sauce. No egg batter, no cheese on top. I was very disappointed , scraped off the sauce and ended up throwing a good portion away because it just was not good.
