Service Staff were being rude to customer in front of me. They then continued to talk negative about guests as the made the next orders. Service staff need to be trained in hospitality and knack for not talking about guests in the eye of the public.

After everyone else before and after me received their order and had to wait about 15 minutes for my order and there were no other customers after the for mentioned customers cleared out. I had the shredded pork with slaw. The pork chunks with a teaspoon of slaw. Barely warm. Only ate a few bites.. not very good. The cashier was friendly.

That was the most stupid burger I’ve ever got for 18.50$ how ridiculous. The buns were literally pulled from the bag and just placed they were cold and not heated or anything. This airport is not very big, I barely walked to the exit like a minute after grabbing our food to eat it and it was so cold already. I got the bacon one and the bacon I received was a joke. Even the meat was very cold— we literally didn’t even have 5 minutes after receiving it and it was dry and cold so wild and a waste of money.
