The food here is so amazing we got the tacos with a side of Mac salad and teriyaki chicken with the rice and Mac salad, I was not expecting that much flavor but it was so good. I haven’t had good experiences with Aloha their meat is chewy and often hard and not great so I wasn’t expecting much with this place. But there was so much flavor the meat was juicy and tender and the Mac salad I could eat by the gallon. The atmosphere was amazing and the customer service was amazing the guy we talked to was super nice and we even called prior due to a fish allergy and they assured us they had no fish products. They didn’t seem annoyed or bothered that we asked them about it like some restaurants are. I am very pregnant and have a hard time eating meat without throwing up but this was something next level!

I was craving a Hawaiian mixed plate dinner and found Hang 10 Hawaiian BBQ. It was just after 7 and I walked right in and ordered at the counter. Adam was welcoming and helpful as I navigated the menu for the first time. I ordered the combo plate with katsu chicken and garlic chicken; it comes with white rice and mac salad! With a canned Hawaiian sun drink it came to about 25 dollars. It only took about 10 minutes to prepare and Adam was kind enough to bring the combo plate to me next door at Press (the bar/lounge connected to the eatery) and made sure to provide soy sauce packets, to go cutlery, and napkins. At the bar, Tara took good care of me as well. Wednesdays are ladies nights at Press and I enjoyed a shot and a beer while we connected about how Spokane is experiencing 100° weather (one of the hottest days of the year). All in all a great experience. The dining area at Hang 10 is quite modest and casual, while Press has many options for seating and a full bar to enjoy. I was told Hang 10's kitchen closes around 9, while Press is open until 2. Come support this local gem!

I stopped in at Hang 10 after a company meeting nearby. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, which was large, delicious, and every bit as good as the pork I ordered while in Honolulu in February 2025. The tasty fries have an interesting shape. The pea salad was also really good and authentic. The staff member who took our order friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. I encourage you to give them a try!

Food is subjective. Service was outstanding; the staff was friendly, quick and attentive. The atmosphere was chill and laid back. Unfortunately, being from Hawaii and having also owned a hawaiian bbq restaurant; the food lacked. The mac salad was not traditional, the garlic chicken was burnt rendering an unpleasant flavor, the spam musubi was pre-made, and the chicken wings was just okay. With a bit more attention to the menu items and the quality of the food, this place has the potential to be amazing! Just my honest feedback.

Kinda disappointed, heard great things about this place. Food was overcooked and just wanted a refund, the staff told me they couldn’t because they didn’t know how. They called their manager/owner and was no help. I was given a gift card that I didn’t want but was forced to take. I ended up using it for a to go order as I couldn’t make a trip back to use it. Besides my first dish the second was pretty good. Just frustrated with the experience. It decent but the dining area was so hot.

Love Hawaiian food and this place is awesome. I do wish the Kahlua was more authentic. I do not care for spices and I'm very sensitive to them. It's also a little sweet.

Absolutely love the food here. Honestly didn’t think I’d ever enjoy Mac salad and now I crave it! I got the garlic chicken and the teriyaki chicken with the Mac salad obviously. And of course I had to get a spam musubi. It’s enough for two meals. Service was great

Alright. I’m done. I have tried working the first round of mess up out with the owner/manager lady.
She was great. But definitely didn’t hold any value to my recommendation….
Their katsu has some special orange weird sauce on it mixed along side with their katsu sauce on it. Make your katsu super soggy ontop……. I told her to put it on the side for everyone here on out ESPECIALLY for allergy reasons because not everyone understands katsu has an added weird sauce that’s not even katsu sauce….
The customer service….. don’t even ask.
I feel bad for the red headed kid. He’s the only good one there.
By far the most unsatisfied customer.
DO NOT GO HERE.
GO TO NUDO UP NORTH FOR KATSU CHICKEN.!
Now…. I’d hang ten wants me to remove this review or change it. Then that’s up to them.
I want reimbursed $40 for the 2 plates of katsu chicken I got. Along side with THE OWNER FOLLOWING THEIR WORD AND NOT PUTTING THE SAUCES ON THE TOGO KATSU ORDERS….!!!! I’m so sick and tired of soggy ass katsu.
At this point a repeated mistake makes me want to give them a “0” star review.
Ordered the teriyaki chicken with noodles and Mac salad. The chicken is INCREDIBLY salty, and I eat pretty salty stuff... The noodles are very over cooked and mushy, and they packed my Mac salad in the same box as the hot food.... So it's hot now... I was hoping for West side teriyaki... Another flop.
Edit to add, although the owner replied to my original review immediately, I haven't heard anything from them in response to my email, which was sent the next morning.
