There is a video going around social media of Ralston Read (a GM or affiliate of Hang 10) physically assaulting women (punching them in the face) and using anti-LGBTQIA+ hate speech (the f-word) at The Drinkery. Many locals are boycotting Hang 10 until this man is no longer affiliated with this establishment. I will remove this review once that happens because that is only fair. His spouse assaulted the bartenders at The Drinkery by throwing a clipboard at them, so she's earned her spot here as well).

Just tried for the 1st time thru uber and was excited! But sadly was left disappointed ? I got the combo with katsu chicken and teriyaki chicken with slaw. The katsu was overcooked, the teriyaki chicken was kinda dry, but what was really disappointing was they forgot the 4 sauces I paid for! Such a bummer. The best part was the cole slaw

Really enjoy the food, but they never pick up the phone so you can order ahead. Makes it really inconvenient to have to go in and wait

I brought my two little kids and we had a great experience here. They happened to have 2 really sturdy and clean high chairs available. We got the pork katzu meal and kalua pork kids meal. Both were really good, like another review said, the macaroni salad was outstanding, and the guy who took our order and served us was really nice and friendly. We'd go back!

The portion and quality of the food is worth every penny. Will be coming here again! The service is excellent the workers were really nice. The ambiance is really chill. Great vibes.

Food flavor 5/5. Atmosphere 5/5. Staff 5/5. Overall rating on google? “3.7” excuse me but WHAT THE HECK SPOKANE???? This place is incredible! Ignore the hater reviews, delicious food. We tried the Katsu chicken and the Garlic chicken both were dynamite. The macaroni salad is THE best macaroni salad I have had. The man who served us and cooked our food was bubbly and a joy to be around. Check. Out. Hang 10.

I’m not usually one to leave rough reviews but I had this place a few years back via DoorDash delivery and it was pretty good, figured we would try it again, but when you walk in, it smells of dirty dishwater a little, next thing is no one greeted us, just looked at us and turned back around, and the restroom was filthy. No atmosphere at all as well, no music, no one else was in the restaurant. Just the sound of grills and the bar next door. I paid 45 dollars for both of our dinner but was just completely turned off unfortunately, I didn’t even want it by the time we left. Once cleanliness and customer service is out the window, I am as well. :( My boyfriend ate his dinner, compared it to fair food.

The food was fine. It’s expensive for what you get. I’d rather eat at aloha grill.The place is really dirty. We came in a couple hours past open and the tables were sticky and the floors were pretty nasty. There wasn’t any ice in the soda machine and the soda machine looks like it has never been wiped down.The service was not good….the employees do not care about their jobs. The employees barely acknowledge you as a human. I don’t think I’ll ever come here again.

the reason for the 4/5 star on food is due to the best food on the menu are no longer available but in general food is really great ! i tried almost all of the food. but i wished they never removed the steak tacos and mochiko chicken. the garlic chicken replaced mochiko chicken which was still really good ,the juiciness from the meat and crispiness has a good balance the serving of protein was a bit lesser than before but still a good amount!!!. but over all good food!i wish you could bring back the mochiko chicken and steak tacosand nothing against changing the staff but how many times the staff were changed and menubut just glad that the staff got better again as there was a guy who we noticed that 2x that overcharge us whenever its him. but that was like what 2yrs ago loli like the new staff they are nice .

Went into Hang 10 today and had a great experience. A gentleman named Ralston was working and he was fantastic. Very friendly, was listening and able to talk to me even while he was cooking the food. The food was fantastic. Best Hawaiian food I’ve had. The food is worth stopping in alone and the friendly service really puts it over the top. They got a great thing going.
Something to eat on occasion given it’s proximity, but nothing I would write home about. Food is fine. I wouldn’t say I’m ever disappointed but also never super stoked. Biggest gripe would have to be prices for what you get. Close to 24 bucks minus tip is a bit absurd for the meal I just got.
