The worst customer service had high hopes that after lost garage left and it became hangry’s that they would have better over the phone service. Lady answered the phone and was put on hold. Except it wasn’t hold she just put the phone down and walked away. Then she unplugged the phone so no phone calls would go through.. Very disappointed.

My family and I love this place! Both locations have amazing food and wonderful service. The vibe is different at both locations, but both are very welcoming and comfortable. I've never had even a lame experience here, and I absolutely recommend trying them out!

In My Horrible Opinion

I got a tasty hamburger with pastrami & sauerkraut & stone ground mustard & opted for the onion rings. They are HUGE and yummy. My wife got a chicken sandwich with the shoestring fries & neither of us cared for them.We could have easily ordered 1 burger to split between us & been fine. 3 burgers, 3 sodas & 1 strawberry shake to go came to $73. That seems high, but then again eating at McDonald's is getting costly so maybe it was a fair price. But then I remember searching all my pants for spare change in the early 90s, and with $3 you could get a couple gallons of gas & a cheap burger.Service was ok, but I think our waitress was solo tonight so of course that affects service. And the men's room was messy but that probably speaks more to staffing issues. At least I hope that isn't how it usually works.Would I go again? Maybe

STAFF CUSSES AT CUSTOMERS: Great service on the phone from the valley location. However, I meant to call in to the Spokane location. Once the miscommunication was discovered and I apologized, they wanted me to pay for the burger at the other location, in addition to the burger I wanted to reorder. "It's an expensive burger for us to make". More expensive now because you've lost this customer! To add insult to injury, the hostess calls me an a-hole as I walked out the door and then lied about it after being confronted! Place was empty. Bring back Lost Boys!

This place was horrible, the service was terrible and the waitress seemed irritated and didn't even walk us to our table. When we chose our own table outside the table looked dirty and there was food all over the ground where we sat yuck! The waitress threw down 1 menu on the table with an attitude and told us they could only find one menu for us, which seemed odd but wasn't that big of a deal. The waitress brought us out 2 waters and one of them had black floaties and the other cup had someone's lipstick still on the rim EWWW!!After the horrible service, the dirty environment and disgusting questionable quality of water cups we got up and left. I could only imagine the quality of the food.It was extremely disappointing because we were regulars at Lost Boys Garage, which was the previous business in this location and Lost Boys always had tasty food and a clean nice environment.Update:We are hesitant to come back again but there has been word that this restaurant is working hard to fix some of the recent issues that have come up.The valley location has great food so I have hopes that this one will be great as well.Maybe they were having an off day and poorly staffed.Hope you guys can do better next time.

Problem 1. We stood and waited at the wait to be seated sign for about 5 mins, just for the waitress to look at us and say sit where ya want. Problem 2. Waitress seemed to be annoyed to be there. Problem 3. Listened to the kid at the table next to us talk about how excited he was to get a milkshake as it was one of the first sunny days we have had this year, just for the waitress to look at him and say I’m not doing ice cream tonight. Wait what?!?! I didn’t see anywhere on the menu that milkshakes were up to the staff to decide when they there were going to serve items or not. Problem 4. She then when on to explain they were short staffed tonight… again not a customers issue. Problem 5. Never did get offered a drink refill. Problem 6. Waitress looked at people waiting once again at the sign and told them she had to catch up on the tables before she can seat them.. terrible customer service. This was the first time I have been to this location and wow I don’t have enough words on how terrible this experience was. The food was GREAT! Hopefully they can get staff that at least like their job, or put on a fake front that they do

The good: I got the fish and it could be the best I have had Spokane. All my kids inhaled their burgers and my husband said his (the Hangery burger) is now his favorite in town. The not so great: 1. seating options are limited, if you come with your family. There appears to be 6 tables that seat 4 and 1 table that seats 6. I believe there may be more seating options in a bar area. I had children with me and didn't venture that far. 2. There is a sign that says wait to be seated, but there is a little bit of confusion once you are seated because there are no menus on tables. For a short time I thought maybe I was supposed to go to up to the bar to order. But the waitress appeared again and said she would be back to take our order. I think this could be easily remedied with a note on the sign stating waitress will take order at table.Overall Opinion: Great food, large portions. Will do you take out next time because I can easily see them being very busy with limited seating.

We ordered take out for dinner. Lots of food and good. However, it was way too salty and too much butter. I would have eaten it all had it not been that way.

My mom and I went here for breakfast. The food was good for the most part, the service was average (they could’ve used another waitress or waiter, but I hold it against management, not the waitress).Nevertheless, the waitress did a superb job waiting on everyone by herself before she got some help. Will have to try here again for dinner.
