Hat Trick Brewery is truly a gem in our town! They brew all of their beers in-house, with 14 different options on tap, and honestly, some of the best beer I’ve ever tasted. Every pour is fresh, balanced, and full of flavor.

What really stood out, though, was their food. The menu isn’t your typical brewery fare—you can tell a lot of thought and creativity goes into it. We started with the pickle veggie plate, which features a variety of their house-pickled vegetables. It’s such a unique offering and absolutely delicious. The burrata was another standout, paired with their house-fermented tomato sauce that was so rich and flavorful—it’s like nothing else you’ll find around here.

We also tried a couple of their sandwiches, and every bite was excellent. The flavors were bold but well-balanced, and the quality of ingredients really shined through.

Between the fantastic beer, incredible food, and welcoming atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Amazing brews, drinks and food! Better food than some restaurants I’ve been to. Great atmosphere for soccer games (especially Premier League) and other sports. Owners are super friendly and accommodating. One of the best places in the city! 🙏

Spokane Brewery Tour is still going strong! I've tried a few beers from this brewery at a couple of tap takeovers and enjoyed the beer. 1st time here and it's a good vibe, chill but also friendly, and lots to do. Pinball machines, patio, and of course the beers. 14 beers on tap from Ales, saisons, and stouts. Food choices are good for snacking too keep you level. Overall a great experience and can't wait to come back to the Westside to boost again!

Great food, great beer, great environment, and great guys! I recommend visiting and checking out their Friday night specials. They always blow me out of the water.

Fun soccer pub with fresh seasonal beers and food options. Good variety of in-house taps (not all IPAs) + canned guest ciders.

Enjoy the patio with your pup or favorite person(s) then take a crowler of beer home; mine was the rye saison.

One of the most comfortable and welcoming breweries in all of Spokane. Amazing beer, fantastic food, and an all around great place to be.

Thought I'd try a new place... got harassed by a guy watching soccer. Bartender did nothing to help me, so I left.

I’m gonna start with the beer because that what brought me here ha! This deliciously crisp Saaaz Dude is light and a great lunch beer, you can drink a few and still head back to work for the day. And now the burger! It smelt so good I started eating before I could even get a pic for yalls. I had the O.G. Burger with bacon. I’m gonna be ordering another one here soon and you should too!

I’ve been lucky enough to have grown up in the NW and to have spent a lot of time around some great brewing operations, I spent this last Saturday at Hat Trick Brewing and these guys are talented! Remington and Chris were very passionate yet laid back and that made for a warm and cool atmosphere, they actually showed my pal and I behind the scenes and it was such a cool experience. The beer was well crafted and the food was an added bonus, Great Job fellas wish you all the best!!
