Ordered a coffee for takeaway that was under filled in the cup. I asked for a little bit more milk and the barista said “we only make our flat whites 6 ounces.” I didn’t know there were rules when asking for customer service. I asked “so no then?” And she said “no.”

I get the same thing every time and every time it tastes perfect! Which is hard to do with coffee! They’ve got it dialed in.
They charge more for milks and even a dollar for syrups. Cashier was kind and helpful but the guy making the drinks wasn’t really a people person. Or maybe he just didn’t like how my face looked. We will never know.
Slow service. Pricey. Over extracted Epresso. There is many other options in Spokane I would suggest checking out.

Knowledgable owner and friendly barista. So happy to have finally stopped by and tried an espresso. I love the atmosphere and the variety of beans…nice to find some true light roasts with complex flavors from highly rated roasters. The flat white was a little large for my preference but delicious and very well prepared. This will definitely be my new favorite when in spokane. Thank you!
