I love their mini donuts! It’s a bit pricy but good for once a while kind of a treat ;)

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have been slowly growing more and more frustrated with Hello Sugar, and have visited for the last time. They advertise gluten free donuts on the weekends, but I have returned about 4 times on the weekend and they are “out of” the gluten free donuts before noon. Then most recently I tried to visit at 6:30pm as their hours on maps, google, and on their website, show they close at 7pm. They were closed when I visited at 6:30pm. I gave them one final shot the next day. We waited at least 10 minutes to ask if they had gluten free donuts. They were sold out of course. They had also done away with the option to do 6 donuts, leaving the minimum option as 12. And finally, the straw that broke the camels back. They added a 3% processing fee for all card transactions. This is something restaurants can right off in their taxes. So when they do this, it’s just another fee they are pocketing. Okay end of rant, I will not be returning.

My sister ordered and had delivered mini donuts from Hello Sugar for my birthday. Oh My goodness they are so good! now that I know they are a local company, I will definitely be get more.

Hello Sugar is an absolute treat! They offer mini doughnuts in a variety of flavors, each with its own unique and delicious taste. Every time I’m in Spokane, stopping by here is a must—it’s easily my favorite treat in town. Truly amazing, and I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

We’ve been coming here for years but every visit the service and cleanliness are somehow a little worse. Today was the last straw. The tables are filthy. My daughter spilled some water and the napkins I used to wipe it up turned immediately dark brown and gray from the built up dirt and grime on the floors. Even the door frames have old dirt and food stuck to them. The people working always seem unhappy and annoyed to have customers. Despite the convenient location, we likely won’t be returning.

Wanted a doughnut. Went out of my way just to stop here. Signs, pictures, and descriptions all above them making minis. I asked for a full sized doughnut. They don't sell them. I asked for only 1, they don't offer that either? Only by the dozen or larger? Lovely. Won't be back here.
