Two stars because the donuts are decently good, but the customer service SUCKS. No welcome or a nice greeting. I have been on twice now and the employees are just less than average. Especially at the age of these employees just not good with service at all.

Everyone is always super friendly, I love the drinks and all the flavors of donuts!
This place is very cute, but I felt very unwelcome.It could have been because I was the only customer and interrupting them, or it could be because all of the employees looked like a bunch of high school mean girls. Who knows. It didn’t help that I didn’t realize you must order a pack of 6. I was given this info in a very clipped tone and then felt rushed to finish my order.If you can get past that, the location is great. It backs up to the trail and an overlook of the river. I was able to sit outside on a beautiful sunny day.

Delicious, personalized, whimsical. Plus, the culture is cozy, warm, and inviting. I love this place, highly recommend them, and will be going to them for not only the occasional treat for myself, but for "thinking of you/thank you/happy birthday" treats for others.

Simply the best coffee shop in the West Central Neighborhood and all of West Spokane! Every Tuesday Hello Sugar is a 1 hour stop for me . I enjoy reading the Inlander while I relax in comfortable seating with a no rush atmosphere.
Ordered delivery and it came 20 minutes earlier than expected! Got the carousel, sausage biscuits, and coffee drinks. Everything was delicious!
