Love getting bagels from here. I am one of those people who forget to check the sign for a place being open before walking in because if it's unlocked why not go in. I walked in and it seemed they were cleaning up. I was met by Jurado who let me know they actually closed 20 minutes ago but he would be happy to serve me any of the left over bagels if I wanted. Got my bagels, life's awesome and I am very grateful for the above and beyond customer service!
When I went into Hidden Bagel I had the most amazing tasting, fresh and mouthwatering bagels. When I ordered, everything I received was extremely overdone. One, I could maybe get. But all? Not sure if they send the not perfects out for delivery- but the quality was nothing like in the store.
The bagels are very good. However, someone REALLY needs to work with these people to improve their service model. DO NOT go to the shop on a Sunday morning if you only need to get a couple of bagels to go. There is always a long line and when they take your order, you are given a number, just like those who have ordered sandwiches, drinks, etc. Rather than the person at the counter taking your money and turning around and placing a couple of bagels in a bag for you, you have...
