Hong Kong Express And Poke Express

I love Hong Kong Express!
And I want to say I love the poke express, but this location is vastly inferior to the one up north near fred meyer.
It really pains me to leave a negative review, but the younger lady that works the counter at this location is genuinely just bad at her job. Inattentive, seems to hate working there, and both my girlfriend and I were served poke bowls with dry, day old rice today, and a couple times before. Is that really the kind of quality Hong Kong Express is known for? It isn’t. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s only at this location. The old rice we get sometimes especially ruins the food. If you are asian or just eat rice every day, you know how this is a problem.

it was a super nice place :) super quick to get our food and drinks (the bowls were super yummy, we thought the boba was okay, not the best we've had) lots of options for everyone!
restaurant was clean inside, seating was a little awkward but not super loud or anything.

definitely a bit on the expensive side

Poke bowl is my fav

I got their Salmon Poke bowl. Salmon was fresh. Could taste it was properly handled and stored. Everything tasted fresh and of good quality. Also got their Teriyaki Shrimp. The shrimp where large and perfectly cooked. And their Boba teas are excellent !!! Very friendly staff. Only negative no plastic wear and didn't realize that till back at motel

The food tasted good but the portions were tiny, you could go to Panda Express and for the same 30$ get triple the amount we got here. Mongolian beef was the biggest letdown, it was about 80% vegetables.

I love this place it’s not super authentic but it’s very yummy! Good price large plates all this for 18$! It’s a win for me!

Why would you ruin egg fu Yung with peas and carrot?

For Poke express- 4 stars because it’s good but lately their vegetables have been tasting like chemicals. Specifically the cucumber and peppers. the taste is so strong and it almost makes you not want to finish the bowl

Upon ordering 3 drinks of boba tea, which are pretty decent price more than other places around Spokane. I ordered this po platter, which is like a $20 combination meal including drinks, is probably about 40 bucks, which is okay for lunch. After picking what was edible out? This is what's left over, which is guaranteed 80% of the meal. They did not offer me a refund, so I'm leaving a Yelp. Letting you know, spend your money at your own risk. Unless it's boba tea, they know how to make thats 🤪

Dirty restaurant. Horrible parking. The people were fighting the whole time. A door dasher left while waiting for her two orders for over an hour. They told her to just cancel one of the orders. They were fighting the whole time and had a child working the register while the chef and the lady who was working the register fought. The woman actually pushed the cook into the fryer it was insane lol. There were children in the kitchen playing on tablets. This is seriously something you would see on Kitchen nightmares. I would never ever eat here we were just doing a door dash and I ended up canceling the order myself. Please for all that is Holy don't come here.

This was my first time and the last time. Food, below average; price, way too much; portion, acceptable; taste, bland and poor! There are better places than this, please shop around, and remember, the place you buy your food, may not be in the place who hires the cooks to prepare your food! This place is garbage! Go to a better place!

The food is always amazing!! However, multiple times, I've had the wrong order given to me or missing items in the order. I would recommend checking your items before leaving.

The pork fried rice was not good I couldn't even finish it the pork was dry and chewy like jerky they used canned vegetables as well the onions were barely cooked very disappointing 😞

Mannnn if I can get it 0 stars I would! This has to be the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Too expensive for this bland undercooked nasty greasy food. $17 for delivery that they send to Uber eats please this place is not worth looking at. The peach bum is filled with chocolate filling nothing to do with peach, the chicken looks like it’s possum meat it was pink and undercooked and had a slight smell it didn’t taste like chicken either you could taste the nasty grease. I was sooo disappointed to spend $60 on food that I didn’t get chance to enjoy because it was so foul, I would much rather have McDonald’s! Dumplings plain and bland you have to pay for soy sauce, utensils, chop sticks and fortune cookies or anything extra you want or need. It’s a scam place that should be shut down. You’re much better off buying Walmart Chinese food.
