Came into this restaurant for the first time, i was quite impressed by their dim sum offerings and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and the thoughtful selection available. While each dish boasted quality, I found myself longing for a bolder flavor profile in the Szechuan Beef. Nonetheless, despite its simplicity and its offerings its definitely worth your while. I’m Excited to come back and try more exciting dishes in the future.

While it wasn't the worst thing I've ever had there was basically something not right about every element. The noodles were overcooked and mushy l, the Kung pow chicken wasn't even a little spicy, the almond chicken was dry and the fried rice looked like it was just the ingredients for fried rice thrown together and then not Fried.. basically plain unseasoned rice with peas and carrots and scrambled egg. Idk what I expected but I feel like a little effort goes a long way considering how expensive it is.

I am a frequent customer of Poke Express. For whatever reason, Door Dash would not give me the option to order from my regular location (located on division on the Northside). No biggie, I'll order from this location. I didn't think the quality from this location would be MILES below my regular location.First off, I ordered a large poke bowl and they gave me a small. It had the wrong sauce. I ordered mango and only got three sloppily chopped, large pieces of old mango.Second, my black peach tea with lychee boba was SO incredibly oversweetened that I couldn't take more than a couple sips from it before just dumping it.Found out from a couple of my poke loving friends that this location sucks. Never again.

Had one of the meals with almond chicken, sweet and sour pork, rice, and noodles. Did not get the almond sauce for my chicken not that it mattered the chicken tasted terrible! Took one bite of everything and threw it in the trash where it belongs. Sucks because I ordered through Uber so it made it more expensive. Maybe I just got it on the wrong day and time but very disappointed and not sure I will be trying again.

I had to wait an excessive amount of time to get my order. One staff member asked if they could help me and then said" "just one minute" they never came back .

I have not tried any dishes from the Hongkong express but my kids and I love their Poke bowls here, it is a little bit on the pricey side, but the taste is so worth it. They also have a lot of options to choose from and they also sell boba teas here which is huge plus! The only downside is that, the space is so limited and parking can be a bit of a challenge.

I had the poke. The food is top-notch, especially the tuna. The worker was very pleasant and helpful. Good selection of ingredients. The building is odd and cramped.

I’ve been delivering for this restaurant for about 2 years now and EVERY TIME I pick up an order they demand to watch me confirm pickup. They treat me like a criminal every time I come in here and act like I’m trying to steal the customers food. It’s infuriating to say the least.I dread picking up from this location because I know they’re gonna treat me like garbage.I’ve watched how they interact with their customers and it’s a night and day difference.Never in my life will I ever spend money here or refer people to this restaurant. Unfortunately it seems to be pretty common that the Asian population is openly racist toward me (and I truly don’t understand why) and likes to treat me like less of a person. I experience this same treatment at all the Asian origin restaurants.Y’all need to do SO MUCH BETTER.
