Went back today. Not a good greeting from the hostess. Very short with us. Requested a corner table/booth. We understood we would have to wait for them to clear it off. She acted extremely put out. Felt unwelcomed and decided to leave. Unfortunate. We had a great first experience with our waitress and manger. The hostess was not that welcoming the first time but let it go.

Was a pretty slow night, but our server was great and the food was hot and very tasty. Lots of screens for sports of all kinds and even though it is a smaller Hops no Drops than I'm used to, was well decorated and good atmosphere. Definitely a recommend for a good dinner

My visit to a second location located in North Spokane. Casi is the manager here. My server Tasha provided wonderful customer service. Of course, the food was great as always. I believe there is another 4 locations in Washington, I'm sure they offer a fantastic dining experience as the 2 I've been to. If you're passing through north Spokane area, stop in, have a meal and say hello to the great staff here too!

This was our first time at this location. We go to the Valley location and love hops and drops. This location though was quite disappointing unfortunately. The food was INSANELY salty. My burger and fries and my son's fries and chicken strips tasted purely of salt. On top of that my burger was drowning in mustard to the point that it wasn't even a little enjoyable. We sat there for 10 minutes before someone took our drink order and were not offered refills until we were already done and ready for the check. From start to finish, there wasn't any redeeming factor to the experience.
