Joelle helped us out and it was our first time having Houston TX Hit Chicken. Food was great, atmosphere was very welcoming, and overall service was was excellent. Would eat here again.

I was unimpressed. Evidently one of Nashville's own Prince family members created Houston Hot Chicken. Well, Prince's did it first, and they did it better. I love that old restaurant with the martriarch sitting on a stool frying actual chicken pieces on a home stove. Dave's Hot Chicken is the better choice.
