We came down to Spokane for my uncle’s funeral and decided to stop by Houston TX Hot Chicken for the first time. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the beautiful and kind Brii — her smile truly brightened our day. Her customer service was amazing! She took the time to go over our order, was so patient, and made us feel incredibly welcome. She even checked in on us to make sure everything came out right. You don’t find people like her often!
The food was excellent too — especially the mac & cheese, it was smackin’! Definitely a 10/10 experience. 💯🔥

I absolutely love this place. The food is fresh and tasty and just absolutely filling. The serving sizes are more than adequate for most appetites that I will probably eat my loaded fries for the next two meals. I really enjoy coming here for the atmosphere and for the food and the friendly people that work here this review is for Bri. She was very courteous right from the time we walked in the door and took the time to explain all the different menu options for my guest who had never been here before and I appreciate Bri's assistance.
