So…it’s good food. Cesar salad blew me away. But with the 9000 people in the back it explains why this place is overpriced. I would venture to speculate $5/person overpriced. Greedy business model. Going on my list of “never visit again” due to that. Could be cheaper if they would manage their food and labor costs better.

Chicken is rubbery, no flavor… just spicey. Practically whole half cookies in my chair and could barely drink it. You’ll spend 10 dollars in gas waiting for your order to be taken.

It was such a fun place to do a small dinner date. I had the cheesy chicken sandwich, and my girl had the southwest salad, and it was so good. It was a little busy, but we still got our food under 5 minutes of wait! Definitely would recommend it. And also such a huge shout out to my server Sinead, who was such a huge help in me being a first time there.

Underwhelming experience. I ordered the Texas Caesar Salad with mild spiced chicken. Everything was great, but salad didn’t come with croutons and then I found a small hair in it. Even if it had come complete ingredients, $14 is too much for this small salad. Chicken was had great flavor and tasted fresh.I came right at noon to a full restaurant that seemed to be a short staffed. Long line of people waiting to pick up orders, dirty tables, and staff kept apologizing for the wait. I may try this place again and order differently, but so far cannot recommend.

Probably the best chicken I've found in Spokane, but not great overall and priced ridiculously for what you get.

An exciting menu. Belgian waffle was delicious as were the fries. It's Pepsi not Coke, hazzah! Chicken breading was kind of soft/soggy. I was expecting the chicken to be the star of the show so this was a disappointment. Staff were friendly but seemed to be finding their feet - there was a guy dedicated to wiping tables yet the tables were not wiped and the bathrooms, although tended to quickly in an emergency, were not generally being kept up (no paper towels and very wet messy counter). Drinks are not included in the meal price, and when there is a tip option on the check out screen it makes for a pricier casual dining experience. Apart from the cool counter and decor, HHC doesn't offer much more than the leading fast food chicken brand with the old white guy. Cool to have it as an option in town and I anticipate it might level out once they get more into a groove.

I ordered the hot and medium, hot was frankly too hot for the average person including me. Medium is where it’s at!

This is not your daily lunch joint. The chicken is great. I had the house favorite of the chicken sandwich, fries, and a separate chicken tender. I got the medium heat, which was balancing a challenging, enjoyable heat and difficult heat. The fries were fresh and crunchy. My favorite. Now, the price. They're doing the same thing killer burger is. A premium price that doesn't include your drink. It's positioning itself above fast food, but below a regular sit down restaurant. I'd encourage you to try them and decide if they're worth the markup. It does take longer to get your food, so order ahead if you're on your lunch break.Parking: The weekends are busy, but supposedly it's quieter during the week.

I was excited to try this place, as everyone I knew I hyped it up. Between my girlfriend and I we got two chicken tender meals which were $14.99 each and after tax totaled up to 32. That's a little spendy but what really gets me is that it does not come with a drink. The fries are terrible, soggy with a lack of seasoning. The chicken was just ok. Literally nothing special about it, we got one mild and one spicy to share and there's nothing notable about this food besides the fact that you could get better food at a grocery store deli.

Best piece of chicken I've ever had and the spice levels are legitimately hot. The house made sauce is delicious. Big time

Spicy is hot. Good chicken though. It was $72 for four of us. Pretty high but the food was good. I was a bit confused at got to rate this one. Probably wouldn’t go back with our family of four but for a decent quick meal, it was good.

I don’t understand the hype. Rap music blasting the entire time you can barely give your order without shouting! Not a place for kids. No kids meals. Very expensive. The lemonade we got was warm. Which we paid like $4 for. Lemonade, $4! The people who have to go orders go in and sit at all the tables while waiting so if you come in theres nothing available seating wise! We spent $46 on two adults and one kid. But we had to get the kid a “side” because again no kid meals. Thank goodness the food was ok for that price. But We won’t be back.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly
