Two stars for the decent customer service in the bar. Other than that the place needs some cleaning, better training (on customer service), updating the alleys. Could have potential.

I am giving 5 stars not to the establishment but to Haley! (Hope I spelled it correctly) I went bowling last week and forgot my Polaroid camera there. An entire week went by and finally decided to check if they had it. Well they did!! And when I called Haley knew exactly who I was and even saved the picture we took! She is amazing! I appreciate her so much!

Relaxed and comfortably lit bowling and dining atmosphere with lots of video screens, music and auto scoring. 28 an hour is a little spendy but if you have the cash and are looking for something other than a plastic seat experience, this is a viable option. A few pinball machines and a couple pool tables in the gaming area, a sit down decent tap bar with Mac and Jack's and some decent menu fare under the table lamp ambience can make it a fun date or party place.

Bartender gal had horrible customer service skills, was blatantly rude and did not know how handle situation with certain matter. Could've prevented embarrassment to the customer but decided to approach it and comment in front of us. As a employee at a bar she definitely needs more training, Super rude! She needs less smoke breaks and focus on making people welcomed. “ID!!†was how we got greeted instead of a simple “helloâ€

Showed up with my own ball and gear. The lanes are highly damaged and ripped my ball to shreds. Well that is after I had to clean all the grime off my ball. The lane has ruts in it that will trap your ball and keep it from hooking at all. The service was piss poor at best, the price was absurdly high. I will not return here for any reason

Cassandra tried to charge us for 30+ dollars of food/drink that we never ordered. They refused to accept a valid drivers license because it was vertical, it was a current state-issued ID that proved she was over 21 but that didn't matter apparently. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay before the cashier (cassandra) came out from the back, and it was only 10 minutes because I had to get a bartender to go get her. Cassandra charged my card TWICE for the same transaction and I am currently attempting to get the money they stole from me back. 0/10, my friends and family are never returning here again.

Had a fun birthday party there. Food is pretty good considering it's a bowling alley! Nice clean place and the furniture is way cooler than most bowling alleys - like real couches and stuff. Pretty fun!

Fun place for a kids birthday party! My brother turned 13 so we headed here to celebrate. It was nice to be able to play and have a delicious bloody mary.

It's disgusting and over priced. The beer was flat we left the full pitcher. The lanes kept malfunctioning and had to be moved multiple times.

I don't ever post reviews but Hugo's let me down too many times not to post. The location is fun and there is a lot to do inside, arcade games, pool, a bar, and of course bowling. But the service is always a disappointment and they always seem to always be understaffed. I have yet to go in there and be greeted with a smile, and I feel as if I am an inconvenience to anyone in there. The bathrooms had not been tended to for quite some time. The worst part of my experience was the bartender. He skipped around and avoided my boyfriend and me for some time and was yelling out “NEXT†for people to order. He was short and inconsiderate, I was shocked to have been treated this way. My friend waited to be served for a good 10 minutes and he was choosing everyone around us and anyone but us (it's a small walk up bar nothing like a busy bar downtown). We ended up just leaving and not getting drinks. The owners need to pay more attention to what is going on inside. Go to Lilac Lanes in Spokane.
