We came and were put on a wait list. About 10 minutes later a family walked in and was immediately taken to a table that would have fit our party as well. We had 4 and they had 3, but they were sat at a booth. The same size we were sat at once we got seated. The difference between the two parties is the party that was immediately seated was all white and our party was not. I went and asked the other hostess why they were seated before us and she said "Im sorry the other lady isnt very good at this." I am not one to scream racism, but, this felt pretty obvious.
I will say, our server was great and very friendly and welcoming! The food was also good. We are out of town visitors and everywhere we have gone has been extremely friendly, but the hostess who skipped over us.

I understand it's new years, and no shade to the young man who was our server, our issues were not with him. The whole atmosphere was chaos today when we went and we overheard multiple other tables complaining about their food coming out wrong or missing several items. upon arrival we ordered a sampler and it took 45 minutes for us to get that from another server who was "helping " our guy out. Well, we had requested that the onion rings be traded for French fries as it was for our youngest. When it arrived it was completely missing the chicken. I was very respectful and let the girl know that it was missing the tenders and ranch and the attitude I recieved from her was enough to make my whole family get up and leave. Again no shade to our actual server he was doing the best he could with the hand he was dealt but absolutely ridiculous on everyone else.

Ordered the new york cheesecake pancakes with extra crispy hasbrowns. Asked about why my pancake was missing the cheesecake filling and was told the whipped cream on top was the filling. Soggy hashbrowns, too. Pretty disappointed. Had to ask 3 times for hotsauce and never got the extra butter I asked for when I ordered.

The server Jamie barely checked on us during our visit, not only that but all we had was a fork, we were not given any other silverware. The food was warm heading towards cold before we added any toppings like ketchup or syrup. Also my omlete just had chicken and cheese when I asked for just the plabono peppers to be removed not the red peppers which are not spicy. I did eat as muxh as I could since I'm getting teeth pulled and won't be able to eat real food anytime soon. Also during all this it wasn't busy. All I can say is that this is the first time this IHOP gave bad service so I will be coming back but do better please.

Stale and unsanitary food! I ordered the classic chicken burger which was raw in parts and very old. The lettuce in the burger was bitter and black. I was hungry at that time so ate it, thinking it couldn’t be that bad. But oh boy, my stomach feels weird af now. Won’t be surprised if the chicken was infected with salmonella or even if I get good poisoning tomorrow. Location is very unsanitary. The ingredients they use are probably older than my grandma. They asked me to sign my receipt with a crayon, LOL. That’s how unprofessional they were.
Always good food, Always good service. Only reason I didn't give it perfect-perfect is because I saw an extra roll toilet paper in the corner on the floor in the restroom. Restroom was clean, just kinda funky for me. No biggie.
