Having a pretty tough go of it right now with this place. Been waiting 55 minutes for an order, 30 of which my dasher has been at the store waiting to pick up the order. I've called 5 times now and no answer each time, no voicemail. 1 steak combo and a stack of pancakes couldn't really take over an hour at 10:30 am on a Monday could they?

When we got to this location, they had a waitlist(no biggie), when we got called, I saw that the 5 male cooks were NOT wearing beard nets, we left! This is a direct violation of WAC 16-165-130! The same happened at Dennys on Argonne. Follow state mandated health laws! I will never come back here. It is absolutely disgusting to not restrain your hair! More people need to start paying attention and leave when they see this! Im not paying to have hair in my food!

I ordered a breakfast plate that came with sausage and I got hot dogs instead. Idk what kind of sick joke they thought that was, but thats just dumb. I paid for a breakfast plate with sausage... not a hot dog. If they ran out of sausage, they could've at least said something and offered something else. Not just give me a damn hot dog.

It wasn't a great visit if I'm being honest. The biscuits and gravy had pre made biscuits and the gravy was runny. My friends food wasn't great either. I don't complain, I accept the loss, still tip for the service and leave. IHOP used to be the place to go for a great breakfast at a great price but I feel their food quality could be improved upon. I'd like to end this on a positive note though. If you're going for the pancakes then they're definitely the place to be. The International House of Pancakes holds that up quite well!

One of my best IHOP experiences so far. Our waitress, even though she was busy, made sure we were good to go.

This morning went for my morning meal with my boyfriend. There was waitress little heavy set. Omg she had nasty attitude. With chef's and the customers. She talks to much. She need talk class on be nice to poeple and cut back on the talking. Do her job.
Ever time I get her. She run late bring my food. My pancakes are dry. Not happy with this waitress.
