It wasn't a great visit if I'm being honest. The biscuits and gravy had pre made biscuits and the gravy was runny. My friends food wasn't great either. I don't complain, I accept the loss, still tip for the service and leave. IHOP used to be the place to go for a great breakfast at a great price but I feel their food quality could be improved upon. Food took over 30 minutes to get. Came cold. The flow seems to be way off. We all got one glass of water, no refills. The French fries were cold, and the hamburger, the waffle too. Seems chaotic. I liked how there is printed suggestion tips on the bill.

A bit of full house during breakfast hours on Sunday morning. Seems to be favorite spot for the locals. The service was a bit slow but that was understandable because of the rush hour. Decent offerings including combos and full fledged meals.
