I’d give less stars if I could. Admittedly I came after business hours, but somebody was inside the store. I was checking to see if we left my daughters stuffed animal there the other night. You have two choices in this instance. You can show your human side, and try to help people as I was clearly just asking him to come to the door. Or you can think only of yourself, while jeopardizing things like ratings and future business. Just something to think about next time

Had a 6 drink order for work on 6/21 didn't call in because it was super last minute. Only one barista handled it like a PRO at 7:30am with a mom behind me who was ordering a meal+coffee to feed an army. Whoever it was deserved a raise, also the coffee was real good

Another Indaba location, another place to get a great cup of coffee. And this one comes with the added perk of being directly adjacent to mini-donuts- I call that a win-win! While you're there, check out their merchandise and their whole bean coffee.

Superior Service with Smiles I believe it was Tuesday November 24, 2020 I came in whilst the rest of our party walked the Park across the street with the grinning granddaughter. What a splurge in some of Spokane's finest espresso and coffee at Indaba's Kendal Yards location who shares space with hello sugar. I chose two of the Winter Specialty Drinks which were just presenting that day. Due to the current uprise in virus cases I was waiting out side and was so impressed to have both of my drink orders brought directly to me outside. What a treat! Thank you Indaba.

Service is excellent! Always go above and beyond to make sure each visit is a joy. It sounds like the negative reviews are just people who want to be upset at something. Coffee is always good. I once tried the seasonal orange maple mocha, an amazing drink, but mistakenly ordered it in 8oz. This was a mistake because the orange is pre-sliced and overbearing in such a small size. Asked if there was a syrup I could add to help tone down the orange flavor and Chad insisted on making me a new drink that tastes better (I could only drink 8oz at that moment). Michael and Eve are two other amazing baristas. Eve in particular always has a great attitude that improves my day despite how bad a day I may be having. She's amazing! They are very patient with my orders and always have excellent suggestions far superior to whatever I would have came up with. These 3 along with Lilly and Ben have each done something phenomenal every visit to make my experience better with a polite, cheerful attitude and fast service, despite however busy it may be in there. Doing a great job managing social distancing in a polite way in these strange times. Oh

Has good cold brew that's all I have tried at the coffee shop, the doughnuts are delicious mini doughnuts that they make as you order. Bite size doughnuts, very bite size. But delicious

The staff here was super friendly and went the extra mile to serve customers. Not to mention the coffee is delish. The patio is gorgeous and offers plenty of spread out seating to enjoy the sunshine. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!
