I came to this branch to claim my birthday reward but the barista said the system is having internet issues. Why does internet functionality determine if I can use my coupon? On top of that, I waited for 20 minutes to get my order in. I am very disappointed with this experience.

I knew I would enjoy this cafe when I saw a dog go in with it's owner. What was perfect for me was their peppermint tea. I was taking medicine that really upset my tummy. I was meeting my new boss, and was happy to have my stomach settle down.

Stopped by this morning for the first time ever due to a recommendation from coworker. The barista had extremely poor customer service skills, didn’t bother to greet us when we walked in and was rude when asking our orders. However, she did seem to be very nice to non-colored customers and engaged conversation. I am not the type to assume otherwise but there was a clear distinction in how she chose to speak to myself and my partner vs other customer goers. I hope it was a fluke morning otherwise great coffee and clean atmosphere. Won’t be returning back though. ?

It's not a very big coffee place. Went for the 4th of July and it was not busy at all. Coffee was good and service was great.

I love being there, my dog loves being there. I love the coffee, my dog loves the treats. The people are soooo wonderful and the atmosphere is so cute. Feels like a small town but still has the big city quality and consistency!!!!
