They are on local FB pages begging for tips because of gas prices and claiming they are burdened delivering because of current gas prices. News flash we ALL are affected. The post begging for additional tip money to help there drivers is absurd and poor choice. You have lost my business it's not your customers fault inflation is hitting us. With the rising cost of gas, I’d like to encourage customers to consider tipping their delivery drivers whenever possible.
While drivers do earn an hourly wage, they do not receive any mileage reimbursement. As a result, for orders without tips, the costs of gas, vehicle maintenance, and insurance come directly out of their earnings—effectively reducing their income, which is already at minimum wage. Additionally, drivers often work late hours and take on increased risks while delivering.
It’s also important to note that a delivery pay previously provided to drivers was removed a few months ago. When concerns were raised with the district manager at that time, the response given was that “they should be grateful.” This response did not appear to take into account the financial strain placed on employees, who may effectively earn less than minimum wage after expenses.
Many of these drivers rely on this position to support themselves and their families, and the scheduling flexibility is a key reason they remain in the role.
If you plan to order delivery, please consider the individuals bringing your food and the costs they personally absorb to provide that service. Your tip can make a meaningful difference.

Nice vibes, clean store, great customer service. The cookies were tasty, but I’m pretty sure all cookies taste good. So when I spend 28 bucks, I want more than four regular size cookies one giant one and one scoop of ice cream.

Cold cookies, out of 90% of cookies and ice cream, I scanned my app for a free cookie and the lady didn't enter the code, paid $25 for 4 cookies and a milk. Sad because I've heard great reviews and have been extremely excited to try

I did not know this place existed! New #1 fav late night snack spot. I ordered a deluxe salted caramel (much bigger than I realized because it's flatter, A+), deluxe peanut butter (sooo soft, I have to hold it very gently, A+), and a regular chocolate chip (cools down quicker than the others, eat fast! A+). I also ordered a chocolate ice cream pint with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and brownie bits(A). I was surprised when I opened it and it was all only on the top (alot of sauce though!) but I can understand from a packaging perspective. I did hope for just a few more pieces of brownies but that's ok (look above for reason😂). All much cheaper through their app, dont doordash/instacart).

The gluten free cookie is soooooo yummy !!!! I wish they had a little more options of gluten free but hey at least I know where I can get some fresh baked gluten free cookies and ice cream late at night.
5 starts from me !!! I door dashed . The cookies came hot and fresh . I am also gluten free and they had an option for me and it was delicious!
