We used them for a large lunch order for roughly 20 people. They were wonderful to work with, the food was ready right on time and was SO tasty! We had the kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, mac salad, cucumber salad, coleslaw and white rice. Everything was PERFECT....5 stars!

I was so excited to try this place when I found out they had vegetarian island style food. I tried the teriyaki tofu and now it's one of my favorite things to get for take out. The teriyaki tofu is so good and the ube ice cream is to die for. This is one of the only places you can find have ube Spokane. Once before closing they made a mistake with my order but they more than made it right and showed that they truly care about their customers and creating a positive dining experience. Thanks Island style food!
Menus looks Filipino. Flavors are kinda different. Ordered lechon kawali and it was different. It was not crispy at all, I even asked for extra crispy but I got a burned soggy pork.

The food wasn’t bad but it didn’t taste like the dishes from the Philippines they were named after.
The Lechon kawali specifically stands out. It is supposed to be the skin and meet from a pigs belly. It is also a dish with a nice crunch. but the dish we ordered didn’t have the skin and we got extra crispy and there still wasn’t any crunch to the dish. It tasted good it just didn’t taste like Lechon kawali.
The other dish that stood out was the Halo-Halo. It didn’t have most of the ingredients usually found in the dessert (no red beans, fruit, corn, etc). It also had too much condensed milk so what was there tasted like sugar water.
There were similar issues with the other dishes we ordered. The flavor in and of itself was not bad, it just didn’t taste right. I do feel like I would have enjoyed the food better if I didn’t know the name of the dish, because I wouldn’t have a dish to compare it to.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you want authentic Filipino food but if you don’t care about if it’s Filipino specifically and just want some good bbq you will probably enjoy the restaurant.

Somebody put their whole budussy Into my meal. I tried this for the first time and it was so fire. The food tasted so fresh and homemade, you know someone’s auntie or grill dad is BUSTING their back in the kitchen!! BIG portions and GREAT prices, I will definitely be back 😌
