We ordered a bottle of wine. Half an hour before she brought it. Took our order, water server came by 45 minutes later no food. Server said she forgot to put order in, lots of I'm sorry's! No then when we got it was lukewarm!!! Food was mediocre, chicken thin overcooked, one plate cold. Spaghetti platter small for price. She apologized again and again. Not attentive. Got the $300.00 bill paid and left. This was to be a nice evening with our son, wife and grandson. Pure disappointment 😞

My husband and I had dinner here before going to the Fox Theatre for a show. We ordered their signature calamari appetizer, a Caesar salad and a lasagna which they graciously split for us! Their portion sizes were generous, my husband ended up finishing my half of the lasagna. We loved the cozy atmosphere, and our waiter, Michael, provided us with fantastic service! We loved how everything came out either steaming hot - or iced cold and refreshing (our salads). Their hot, fresh, homemade bread was a nice bonus. And if we had had time to get dessert we would’ve — definitely will be going back to try their tiramisu! Yelp has some really negative views, but I’m so glad we decided to try it anyways. A hidden gem in Spokane!

We stopped in for dinner, I had made reservations the day before. The reservation process was very simple, I called the restaurant and then they texted me back. I texted the day and time I wanted and they confirmed. The food was excellent. It is a very small place and nicely decorated. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They have Peroni on tap. We will be back again.

We used to love Italian Kitchen but last night we were disappointed. Our waitress was friendly but she got my husband's drink wrong, we had to ask for bread 3 different times before it came out and then it came after we already finished our meals. My mother in laws chicken was way overcooked she couldn't even cut it but they did replace it with another one but again, we were already done eating. It was my mother in laws birthday and not worth the $300 we paid. Unfortunately, we probably won't be back.

I got the gnocchi without meat and it was so incredible! So was the bread, salad, and fried mozzarella. Kudos to the kitchen. We left around 8:45pm Halloween night, I didn’t catch our servers name but from one server to another; he was professional, friendly, and delightful.

In town for a conference and I eat here the first night. The food and service was very good. It was a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend the Italian Kitchen if you are in area and looking for good Italian food. The House Red was amazing as well.
The experience was amazing, the food was fantastic. My girlfriend made sure for me to state that she got a new lemon wedge with every refill of her drink and it was important to her. The waitress was so pleasant and the host made the experience great. Would highly recommended this place to anyone. We had the stuffed mushrooms, gnocchi, and chicken formaggio
