I just ordered 2 no 13s only got 1 in my order had to ask for my fries and both my drinks got no straws when I asked and the cashier didn't listen to a thing I said when I told him what was missing

Great service! Love that the staff aren't a bunch of kids, but older people close to my age. It's nice to order from a Person, rather than using kiosks like that pretentious place next door. My only complaint is that the curly fries were mostly small pieces (still good tho). Will definitely eat here often.

It's fast food I've gone through the drive through and gotten an old fashioned shake it's basically ice cream in a cup for $5.

We were there for lunch. Not too busy. Plenty of seating. Food was greasy. We all had burgers. The counter lady was great, but we ended up missing a burger and had to go back to counter with receipt.
Just to be clear the staff were very professional and courteous however the problem isn't with the staff but in the way the corporation has told you to make the food. It is very greasy and low quality to be paying Gourmet prices and unfortunately that's something the store cannot fix but your staff was good

Avoid this place. Early January this year I ordered a Breakfast Jack Combo. The sandwich was stale, bun was crunchy, and the whole thing had an odd taste. As in, it tasted really bad. After a bite, I ended up feeding it to my dog. 8 to 10 hours later I was violently ill. Spent most of the evening in the restroom with severe gastrointestinal issues. IMHO, this is not a safe place to eat.

Went for lunch and the music was blasting so you couldn't even hold a conversation? When I ask if they could turn it down they said it was set by owner and was locked up. Bad movie by the owner Don't know why he would think more is better for his customers? It was crazy loud If people wanted a club they would go to one.
