Always missing something on the sandwiches. Terrible customer service

D. H.

We were there for lunch. Not too busy. Plenty of seating. Food was greasy. We all had burgers. The counter lady was great, but we ended up missing a burger and had to go back to counter with receipt.

Just to be clear the staff were very professional and courteous however the problem isn't with the staff but in the way the corporation has told you to make the food. It is very greasy and low quality to be paying Gourmet prices and unfortunately that's something the store cannot fix but your staff was good

Avoid this place. Early January this year I ordered a Breakfast Jack Combo. The sandwich was stale, bun was crunchy, and the whole thing had an odd taste. As in, it tasted really bad. After a bite, I ended up feeding it to my dog.
8 to 10 hours later I was violently ill. Spent most of the evening in the restroom with severe gastrointestinal issues. IMHO, this is not a safe place to eat.

Went for lunch and the music was blasting so you couldn't even hold a conversation?
When I ask if they could turn it down they said it was set by owner and was locked up.
Bad movie by the owner
Don't know why he would think more is better for his customers?
It was crazy loud
If people wanted a club they would go to one.

The only good thing about this jack in the box location is the jack in the box food. This location is the absolute slowest jack in the box I’ve ever been to. I always wait at least 15 minutes for my food whenever I go here. They always mess up my order typically forgetting items. I have yet to ever interact with their staff without them being rude. And not to point any specific fingers but I once went to this restaurant with my African American friend and they said she had to show her id when she went to pay with card but every time I go they never ask for my card no matter the explanation why they did. This location absolutely sucks, the only reason I go to it is the proximity to my home but I rarely go it since it’s neighbors are more reliable and provide better service.

Haven't been to this location much. I decided to go Christmas night like 10pm and they straight up said they only doing doordash. And so I had to sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes for no reason while they made a door dash order for the guy in front of me and your drive thru traps people in. (In my opinion drive-thrus that trap you with outside curbing should be illegal) and honestly I can read a screen so when I passed by the window I noticed they only had 3 orders, 1 was big. Also there were 3 of them just standing there starring back, like your soooo busy,

I’ve always been a fan of Jack in the Box’s 2-for-$3 Jr. Chicken Sandwiches, but I’ve noticed a significant decline in their quality over time. Initially, these sandwiches were well-prepared, with the right balance of ingredients, but lately, it feels like care and effort have been completely overlooked.

For example, in the past, the sandwiches had a reasonable amount of mayonnaise. However, now it seems like employees are trying to stretch the last bit from a jar rather than opening a new one. This results in a barely-there smudge of mayonnaise, which severely impacts the quality and taste of the product. As a customer, this is unacceptable and not reflective of the standards Jack in the Box claims to uphold.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. It feels like the pendulum has swung the other way — perhaps due to feedback from other customers about the lack of mayonnaise. This time, my sandwiches were slathered with an overwhelming, excessive amount of mayonnaise, to the point where it was almost inedible. This isn’t just a minor issue; it shows a lack of consistency and care in food preparation.

The photos I’ve attached clearly illustrate the problem. It feels as though a disgruntled employee may have decided to “overcompensate” for previous complaints, but the result is still far from acceptable. This level of inconsistency damages the reputation and trust customers have in Jack in the Box’s food quality.

Whoever is managing this location needs to take immediate action. Proper training and quality control measures should be implemented to ensure staff prepare food to a consistent standard. Customers deserve better than this hit-or-miss experience, and I hope these concerns are addressed promptly.

not only did we pay for a pick up order, but they have the lobby locked at 8:30 pm and the manager would not even look at us but had no problem opening the door for an employee to get food out of the lobby while we stood here. and without saying no we didn't get our food.

Trash, they just decided that I did not need my coffee with my meal even though the meal comes with a coffee. They did not want to make it and told the delivery driver to tell me if I did not like it call door dash. I did call them and spoke with the worker who decided I didn't need my coffee and he told me to call door dash. Trash jack in the box. They just give you some of whatever you order. As long as it doesn't mean they might need to make some coffee or change the soda flavor.
