Made an online order and they were out of the mini churros but the gal working the drive through just upgraded our milkshake size and gave us a molten cake to make up for it,she was very nice and did her best to make up for the inconvenience so thanks to that lady even though we still want some mini churros! Much better service and attention/attitude than the one downtown on third

This location is not staffed with the best let's say. 4 times last month they were not open when advertised and I witnessed staff arrive 30-40 minutes late on 2 of those occasions. They are almost always out of something or other. Out of like 50 soda choices they had 3 that were full, they have been out of sugar in the morning and kept telling people sweet n low was the same (yuck), often out of a food item or sauce, and they close the dining room early all the time. I've called them before and made them unlock the lobby and hour and a half before it's supposed to close. And once I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes before I had to leave because the drive through wasn't moving at all.

Took Mom in this morning for a bite to eat and a coffee and there was a intimidating man out in the parking lot doing pushups with his shirt off yelling obscenely and the JIB employee Artie working the lot tidying things up a bit made it feel not so intimidating and just his presence and courtesy kinda made the guy move down to the next block and made it where mom ain't so scared to visit DT Jacks next time by herself

I online it came to 21 and some odd change. The DoorDash driver called me and said the order wasn’t ready they don’t know where it was so I had to wait for that. Then she tells me that the milkshake machine is not working which are regular milkshake is 499 so now I get my order finally don’t know how to get them to take my $4.99 off, but my order was completely messed up and cold and I literally had five fries so I go in contact the store and I get an answering machine. Hopefully they’ll reimburse me my money.

Yeah worst experience. The lady who worked the drive thru at 11 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, March 13 was very rude. Her tone toward me and the customer behind me was short and mean. Didn’t ask for sauces. Got the order wrong. And there were only 3 people in the drive thru.

Horrible service. Went here for breakfast and the guy did not understand what we were ordering and brought us the wrong food. When we complained about it he got mad and started yelling at us so I threw a water cup at the window and drove off. Will never eat here again.

Look I know I'm not the only one who has experienced incredibly long wait times at this jack in the box. It's quickly becoming an every visit problem for me. I'm not just there a couple times a week. I deliver for Door dash and am there almost everyday. It's not uncommon to have a backed up drive through line blocking traffic onto 3rd street. The name fast food is grossly put to same at this establishment. If you can, save yourself the anger and frustration and pick a different jack in the box. You won't regret it.
