Employees yelling at each other the whole time. Took breakfast orders, then yelled across the building that they are out of liquid eggs and can't do the orders. Kitchen in total chaos the whole time.....it was like a reality TV show with all their drama 🤣

The drive through here has staffing issues, ended up leaving and going to a different location since I was craving an egg roll. Worth the drive to the NW Blvd store.

Stopped by one morning at 3:30 a.m. on my way back from the casino. All three employees were out front smoking. When we tried to make an order they said they were closed only to mobile apps . When I expressed disappointment they threatened physical harm.

I walked in the lobby at 7:09 pm and was the only customer in the store. I waited patiently at the counter to order my food and was finally told that they are not taking anymore orders because they are too busy. What?! It's 7 pm, the lobby doors are open, and no where did it say they are not taking orders or that they are cosed for the evening. Maybe ask if I would mind waiting extra time for my order because they are busy... Instead of just flat out turning me away after I already waited 10 mins at the counter for someone to even acknowledge me! Very disappointing.

We waited way to long for our food. They forgot our drink and we had to go back, and they wouldn't our son use the restroom after waiting for so long!!!! We will not be back.

First off, we had to wait for food to finish cooking, which is fine, but then the person that brought our food forgot our drinks. We tried to yell back at them, but they pointedly ignored us as they went back inside. Trying the doors, one was open so we went in to ask for them. One of the girls started yelling that we aren't supposed to be in there. We said we wanted our drinks that were forgotten, and they said they would bring them out when we left. So we did. About ten minutes passed before another girl came out... for another car and not with our drinks. We had to complain *again* and another 4 minutes passed before we finally got our drinks. The Dr. Pepper has no syrup, the chicken strip meal was wrong, the French toast strips were missing 3 of them and had hair stuck to them.
This was on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at about 10:50 pm. Awful service and wrong or dirty food not to mention an undrinkable drink. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant when I normally loved this location. Wouldn't go during the week nights again.

I ordered about $70 worth of food, and probably about half my order was wrong or cold. I tried to call and speak to someone about how to fix it, and she told me that I need to bring the food back in the morning and I can either have it remade or I can be refunded. So I can't eat my dinner because they messed it up and won't fix it?
Really just awful service pretty much everytime I've gone here.
I will not be back and I highly recommend you choose literally any other fast food place.
Updated because I was told to contact the website and they pretty much told me to kick rocks. An absolute joke of a resolution system.
Again I recommend just stear clear!!!

Terrible food service and experience only thing good here was the employee refunded my money with ease bc of the hair I found in both burgers and the tacos were ice cold, v they forgot my fries and the milkshake machine was offline .

Worst jack in the box ive ever had the experience of dining at. The manager seems like she can’t mentally handle the pressure of being a manager and takes out her stress and anger on the customers. I will be staying far away from this establishment….

Every time I come to this establishment to order food, their systems updating, and they can't take my order. Their sign, though, says they're open 24 hours but every time I go in there. Their system's updating, change your hours. You're not open 24 hours to the public. If you cannot serve the public 24 hours. Change your hours it's false advertising

It is so frustrating going to this location because there is usually something missing from our purchase. It seems the incompetency for accountability to get the correct items in the bag and customers not getting what they paid for is ridiculous. It takes time out of the customers day to come back to get what they Paid for or we just say the hell with it. This is the worst Jax in the box for customer service. UPPER MANAGEMENT REALLY NEEDS GET THIS STORE UNDER CONTROL
