50min for a single drive through order. A burger and tiny tacos. Saw several (4-5) Uber driver come and go before me and 3 other people who just ordered from the drive through go before me. I had 2 items that were just off the menu and not modified. I also never received a receipt so I could not be reimbursed. I was given someone else's chocolate cake who didn't want to sit around and wait for it as an apology. I will encourage everyone I know to not come here.

Waited 30 minutes for a Jack spicy chicken and 4 tacos. If they would have told me, I would have ordered something else. It's crazy when you go to a fast food restaurant and you get your food in the same amount of time you could have eaten at a seat down restaurant.

Food was absolutely fantastic like it is every time I choose this jack in the box, we had an amazing worker who was extremely friendly and nice, I don’t know the workers name but he had dyed platinum hair and looked about 19, great worker he deserves a raise

Mason and JC were both working when I came in on Tues, October 28th at 9pm. They were both so upbeat and friendly!!! Im definitely old enough to be both of their moms, but they are great kids and great workers!!! They were the only 2 working and made a great team!! I dont normally come out this way, but i definitely feel these guys deserve a shout out!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

The laddies that work at this spot late night, are so rude. I Door Dash and while most restaurants have pleasant staff, Jack in the Box does not. I know it's hard to find people to work, but if these are the kinds of people that you have to work with. It's no wonder it's hard to keep staff.

Went to 2 different locations both 24 hours first one was completely dark and no one there second one said their system was updating and it was going to be another half an hour I guess it takes a whole hour to update their system so it's not technically 24 hours it would be 23 I'm going to stop going there at night they're just always closed for no reason and it seems to be at all different times of the night
