I went thru the drive thru and the person that took my order was so rude. I pull up to pay and the person wanted me to pull around for “fresh food”… my chicken tenders were cold and so were my fries but they were mushy also. & they forgot my sauce. should’ve went across the street.

I went to the drive thru ,and when I tried to order the worker yelled at me saying I told you to hold on! It was completely horrible, and I let him know that he does not need to yell, or speak to me that way. When he was finally ready to help me taking my order he was still disrespectful raising his voice towards me. My order was $25, fan fav, combo #8,half the food was cold,fries had been sitting. I got my food almost in tears on the way home after I dropped the food off. I have never had a problem before. I also have never been treated so badly. I also called the manager today to let her know what happened. a loss of a customer seemed like no big deal.She gave me the impression that she did not really care. Just that she will talk to him. The workers are on drugs and act like they don't care about the Quality. Plus Justin that works there is a no good punk and a thief. Jack in the box on Sprague are a bunch of thieves don't eat there they are dirty and on drugs ?

Went in for breakfast but was told I had to buy something before using the bathroom. Will never go there again and I will definitely tell everyone I know not to go there and I'm working construction down the street and will let everyone there know that they care only about making sale before anything else.

Early morning for breakfast I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and 2 hash browns and wanted to know if it was cheaper to get them as a combo, or not. The employee didn't know the answer and kept referring to the screen, (in regards to if a combo was cheaper or just the burritos and hash browns with no drink.) Then had me pull around the front for a 'quick moment'. Not a big deal, I thought; fresh hash browns are worth waiting for! But the wait was not quick, at minimum 10 minutes AND the hash browns were cold and extra greasy. Then the burritos were put together sideways? Eggs throughout, sausage patty at one end, a ton of bacon pieces in the middle that just fell out of the burrito at that point and a tiny amount of ham at the other end. There was no salsa included in the bag, and only 2 hot sauce packets, total, for both burritos and 2 hash browns. Very disappointed with this visit.
