First time ordering delivery from here. And last. They say driver,,from jack-in-the-box by the way. Would text when delivered well no they didn’t, so of course food ice cold. Plus missing 3 things I ordered and paid for. The fish sandwich I did get was awful. I didn’t get onion rings or the dessert I also ordered or the sauces I also ordered and paid for. I changed my drink to Fanta orange and got the coke/ Pepsi type drink . I have complaints about even drive through so this place I will not return to or order delivery. Yes I did know better but thought I’d try anyway which cost me quite a bit plus a good tip.

Evening employees were incredibly rude, messed up our order, and were very aggressive when attempting to get it fixed. There was a reason I stopped going to Jack. This is why. Constant among their stores.

It's sad for what you pay and what you receive these days. Ordered a sausage croissant meal with extra sausage patty. Heavens for bid i look at my order before getting home. But seriously only one patty, and the sandwich was cold and gross. The hasbrown taste like old grease and was cold. Check this place off the list.

Update : gave them one more chance to get their shit together. And now I regret it.

We were at the drive thru speaker for 10mins! Trying to give them my order for just 2 people. But they kept getting it wrong over and over again. Until we both were frustrated. They eventually told me to come to the window…where I finally thought they got it right…only to look at the receipt and see that it was still wrong. The lobby is closed and we are too upset to try and fix this. Argh
We are still waiting in the parking lot it’s been another 10mins. For an order that is wrong.

I drove up to the drive-thru and asked what the specials were and there is nothing special buddy that's all I got from the manager of that store I would never ever go to that store again I went there every day for breakfast since about 3 months ago I would never ever go there ever again

Ordered a couple items in the Drive-Thru got up to the window. They asked me if I could pull around front. It'd be about 5 more minutes till my food was done. No problem. I pulled around front and waited for 15 minutes and they brought out an extra like munchy platter thing for making us wait so long so we get home look in the bags. Our food's All wrong. Go back down there. Talk to him get to the window. They said they'll make it right. We're sorry about this. They give me the food I go to the parking lot. Check the food. The food is wrong yet again. I get back in line. Talk to him through the little speaker. Tell him what's going on. They say they're very sorry. They will make me the new food and get me the right order. Yet again they messed up the fourth time. I didn't even bother going back. I just said screw it. These guys are idiots. I don't know what else to call them. They messed up my order three times and it took me over an hour to get it. Three messed up orders in an hour. I don't know any restaurant that bad

Waited 15 minutes during a not very busy lunch time for a sandwich. Asked to speak with a manager to get a refund and had to wait another 20 minutes and ask a few times to remind them. Two stars instead of one for the pleasant girl working the drive thru. Unfortunately long waits for food happen more often than not at most Jack in the Box locations in the area. Much better options available in town.

This is the fourth time in a row I've tried this location late night And every time they've been so busy with doordash and online orders they are refusing Everybody who comes to the drive through Unless they're a doordash or online order. I.
Asked the guy at the window.Are you refusing people just because you're so busy with doordash and online orders he said yup. So apparently the customers that show up themselves Without ordering a head to get food are lowest priority. Update 1/19/25 2am Similar story only excepting DoorDash and online orders, refusing work the drive thru because he claims he's the only person there even though saw a second person in there. Maybe the guy was Just there screwing off with him. I probably wouldn't do my job at Jack in the box either If I was the only person there Is at a 24/7 drive through. FIVE STARS TO TACO BELL for always doing their job. I hope the owners of Jack in the box know.But I doubt they care everytime Jack in the box refuses The drive through the cars just go to taco bell or mcds and give them their money.

I am absolutely appalled by their behavior. I went to Jack-in-the-Box on market about 4 PM on 12/23/24 I ordered a number three burger and a medium curly fry by itself. I went up to the window and a skinny white girl gave me a regular fry. I told her that I wanted a curly fry and she told me she would have to recharge me. I tried to give the fries back. She said they cannot take it through the window, which I understood so please just give me my curly fry. She told me no I asked for a manager and the manager also told me that I had to Re-pay for another curly fry after that’s what I already ordered and paid for She was a bigger black lady with puffy black hair (the manager) Very disappointed I am upset. I will be speaking to a general manager and Tiffany. I hope Tiffany sees this message and I will be speaking to you very soon.
