Surely corporate is aware of the issue consistently not allowing you to take orders between midnight and 5 am sometimes for up to two hours at your 24 hour location? Right? I hope this “update” that only plagues this location nightly gets fixed soon cause it must suck paying someone minimum wage for them to scoff customers away. Surely management likes watching cars leave the drive thru, that is, if they care?

Very very slow and not really in tune with the customers.
I came in and waited 10 minutes just to order it and then another 10 minutes went by and they brought out food for people that were here before me, that means those people were waiting for over 20 minutes for there food.

Ordered in the drive through had to wait for a team meeting before getting food, then 1 burger was missing and the one that wasnt forgotten tasted gamey/spoiled had 1 regrettable bite fearing the next bathroom visit. Will keep updated, jitb market st. Spokane

We went there for a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. Last time they didn't put a single peice of bacon, not a tiny bacon bit. They did the same when we came back and ordered another Ultimate BACON Cheeseburger.

Their milkshake machine has been out of order the past 3 months. Everytime I go there at night they have told me they can't do milkshakes because they are out . I don't understand how you are out for 3 months but every other jack in the box in town hasn't had any issues? They don't even understand how much money they are losing by all the customers they continue to piss off with their incompetent staff.

This drive thru is always packed- not because of the amazing food or great service but rather the non sentient individuals occupying the space. 2 times I've been in 9 moths. First time- terrible wait times. 25 min +. I guess i forgot and went a second time as i needed a bite to eat. I quickly remembered why i don't go here. Id rather apply for food stamps, wait for my ebt card, go shopping & make food as i will get it sooner than one car will move in this line. Zero awareness. Fast Food is a myth in Spokane, but your better off going to a sit down place & asking for free water and bread as its a better experience than ever going near this place

I called the store and asked if they had the mozzarella sticks available and was told yes they did have them. Drove to the store, and was told that I couldn't get a mozzarella stick unless it was in the monster munchie meal. It's such a waste of money to have the whole meal when I just want one thing, plus Everytime I've ordered the mozzarella stick it's never been an issue before. It's on the menu just like the monster churro or taco. Waste of gas and major waste of money.

They don’t give you all your food and then ignore the phone for days. When you finally go in to complain you just get a remake or refund. Should be both with how many days it took to reach them. Then being told it wasn’t their fault. Day staff has a bad attitude and is lazy. Months later and still nothing set right. Your lazy staff thought a refund was the only appropriate measure when I was ripped off of dinner on the worst night of my life.
