Jason was extraordinary! It appeared as if he was doing everything he could do to be efficient but the driver in front of me took off without his order. I learned that there was only a couple guys trying to run this busy place. I told him no worries I understand and watched him juggle orders via the mobile app and drive through. He was amazing and kind and after I got my order it was absolutely the hottest and freshest order I’ve ever had from fast food. I go do fast food a handful of times a year and Never had quite the experience I had yesterday 10/28/25 around 4:15ish! Thanks Jason you truly made my day and I hope this places hired more workers or gives you a raise or bonus or something because you were doing at least two people’s work!

The owner of this location should be ashamed of them self. Putting their employees in positions of failure. I came in last week, after 1 yr of not coming to the location due to poor quality. The computers went down, I got only part of my order and spent my entire lunch break waiting for my food. Fortunately the apps help line refunded me. So today I decide to give another chance. Computers are working but still long wait. I got everything this time. What is the point in having the customer park around the corner and have them walk the order out when there is no one else in line? Just extremely inefficient. The owner is fully to blame if you look at the replies to bad reviews.

It was super slow and they didn't bother to melt their cheese and then I got my soda half full with barely any ice the bag was greasy to where it slips out my hands and even the fries were bad I don't recommend going there it sucks and is the worst place ever

Will be contacting upper management and making a formal BBB complaint. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! We live in the area and also DoorDash from this location regularly. The service is ALWAYS bad. The employees all appear to be under the influence (on multiple occasions). We have spent upwards of 30 mins waiting on orders, they are frequently "under staffed", the food is cold and dry (if you even get the right food), and honestly the state of the workers handling the food makes mean concerned about health conditions.

I have tried to give this location a chance for years now, but it has gone downhill steadily. Today was my last visit. My food containers were disgusting with greasy brown smudges and my mini tacos came mixed with fries I didnt order. Really makes me question the hygiene of where my food is being made and who is making it. Theres also a pretty big homeless camp set up behind the Jack in the Box and Arbys with multiple carts left next to doors into the restaurant. I've had issues in other places in Spokane with homeless trying to open car door or approaching my window while waiting in a drive through and I would not be surprised if that starts happening here.

This is the worst jack in the box! I went through the drive through, was told to pull up front and wait for my food. Waited awhile, decided to go inside to check on my food. I get inside and a customer is walking up to the counter because he got the wrong order, he got my order. So the employee took the food back from the customer and gave it straight to me. Didn't offer to remake my order after the other customer had his hands in my bag. How gross! $30 wasted, to many unwanted hands on my food.
The Mexican dude working night shift is a great worker. He’s always super respectful and he’s always keeping himself busy almost every time I come through he is sweeping or mopping or doing something productive.
Also, in addition, I do DoorDash and Promise is always very attentive. She’s always there. I have rarely had to mark the store as closed. Also, I promise I’m not just saying this because I made this original review a few months ago about Louis so as you can see, I’m able to pay attention to and appreciate hard work especially when it makes my job easier. She also makes an effort to be personable and have a conversation if she is ever in trouble for giving me the time of day. I’d like to take accountability for that as I generally like to make conversation as well that being said she is super helpful and supportive and a great person and I hope everybody’s being nice to her.

I ordered food through the doordash app as you normally would. 10 minutes go by and I get a call from my dasher and they stated that all the employees walked out in the middle of their shift. If you're going to be a 24 hour restaurant maybe staff the over night crew more efficiently. Prioritize making sure your crew is set so that they can serve the customer. Bad management and/or owner ship on this jack in the box.

I never write reviews, but I’m just ANNOYED why is it that everytime I come here the food is old and disgusting?! My fries were brown, yes, BROWN & my burger I got was cold to the touch. I had to throw it away. I used to work at jack back in 2017 and worked for this location as a TL and this was unacceptable when I worked there. Idk what’s going on, but I’m so disappointed.the only good thing I could say is that the guy at the window was very nice and had a smile on his face while helping me.
