I like this jack in the box its in a great spot. I like the curly fries. I tried the smash burger it was delicious. Good milkshakes and I like the jumbo jack and sourdough jack. The staff is friendly courteous and professional. They have a fast drive thru and great desert options.

Very disappointing experience. Our order was given away to the drive-thru customer behind of us, which caused us to wait an extra 20 minutes while they remade it. To make things worse, the soda machine was basically out of everything except Coke.
On top of that, there was no baby changing table, which made things extremely inconvenient for families with young children. Overall, poor organization, long wait times, and lack of basic accommodations. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

I asked for 2 meat lovers, burritos, and all they did was fill it with egg and cheese. I don't know how you consider that. A meat lover's burrito. Definitely will not be coming back to this Jack. In the box. And the lady that was working, the counter was rude. I think she needs to be fired.

I work early in the morning and for the past week it’s the same lady who tells me “our systems are down” well earlier this morning when I pulled out to leave because she wouldn’t do her job, I saw that same lady and a chubby guy smoking some black stuff off of tinfoil in the the back room by the place they take your order…. The workers are completely different on their day shift. If management is this terrible and you can’t hire sobor, normal functioning human beings, maybe don’t hire anyone at all.

Only two stars bc the lady was super-nice. I paid $11 for a deluxe burger that was supposed to have lettuce pickles onion etc and got a burger w just cheese and bacon. Very frustrated I paid so much for so little.
Overall a good location. Sourdough Jack for the win. Military discount, too.

Co worker was unprofessional was picking up an order for DoorDash and the worker yells across the kitchen your going to be waiting awhile in a disrespectful tone their wasn’t anybody in line at the time of me getting their I just felt very disrespected

Came through drive through they got the order wrong they remade it then checked it in the parking lot had to drive back through to try and get it remade again and the over night manager Monica started yelling at us after we apologized for confronting the issue of the burgers again and she slammed the sliding door in our face and started yelling at her crew members. Took 45mins of my hour lunch so thanks again but you've lost 2 customers tonight will not be coming back

Jack in the Box in general seems to be running every location with the absolute minimum number of people possible at just about every location, and this one doesn't even seem to do that. Wait time is often bad, but this time I had to wait over 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers and an order of onion rings. Someone who was sitting parked just past the drive thru was still there ten minutes after I ordered. They were waiting on their order from the drive thru as well. There was one person who showed up just before I did. They waited about 20 for their very small order too. I get labor costs have gone up, but if you don't have enough people to even get drive thru folks served in a timely manner, you will soon not have to worry because NO ONE will buy from you. I have worked the other side of the counter so I am not just being some snooty person mad about a wait. The ONLY reason things should take this long is there are not enough people to run a shift. Jack corporate is so worried about saving 2 cents they will risk losing whole orders because people quit coming. I love Jack in the Box food, but if I can go buy the ingredients, go home, and cook it myself in the time it takes to go through a drive thru, why would I pay extra? So ridiculous.

I came last night around 1:30am. Got there and was ready to order and the dude told me he couldn’t take any orders as he was the only person there at the time. Why be open if you can’t go there for food
