I don’t usually like making bad reviews because I’m also a food worker and I know that people make mistakes, but I was here about an hour ago and I was going through the drive through and ordered food. Once we were up to the window, my boyfriend and I could see through the side window that the cook making my burger wasn't wearing gloves, he was grabbing the pickles, breaking the lettuce and putting the whole burger together with his bare hands. Some people might not think this is a huge deal but I have a huge phobia with people touching my food. I am also a food worker and have never seen a cook without gloves. We tried addressing this to a worker who looked to be the manager, but all they said was that he just washed his hands, they did nothing about it that we know of and just gave us our food and let us go on our way, I ended up giving the burger to my boyfriend.

I placed a pickup order through the drive thru. Service was fast, I was in and out of the drive thru within minutes, and the gentleman at the window was super friendly. However, my food was old and cold. The fries were soggy, onion rings were overcooked, and the burgers were old/overcooked/burnt on the edges. The only good portion of my order was the drinks. I was the only person ordering at this location, my food should have been hot and fresh, very disappointed.

Really crazy how they screw up your order whenever they don't give you a receipt Served someone with ulcers a spicy chicken despite paying for, and ordering a homestyle chicken, left out every single veggie on the burger ordered and the chicken, and zero sauce on anything. It's actually crazy to me how they mess up READING a receipt or an order and despite everything just going "tee hee" and handing out literally whatever is on the counter. I'm so tired of this happening, but on the bright-side thank you now I have more fast food to avoid eating.

My order wasn't fulfilled, I put for sauce packets and got 0 (new type of ranch too that I actually wanted try) ordered on the website but got some greasy doordash guy, and I know the taco is cheap but that doesn't excuse the full cup of lettuce at the bottom of the bag, it was sopping wet coming out and the tacos looked like they'd been dropped in the toilet, I threw them away they were so ridiculously bad. They need to stop hiring incompetent rude teenagers and someone that actually knows how to prepare food, its safe to say I wont be ordering from this jack in the box again or any of them for that matter. MCDs may be artificial but at least they try to make their orders good and think of the person they're sending food to whether or not they are in person to order it.

Zero interaction while waiting at the counter until around 5 mins no greeting or nothing, food wasn't even made despite ordering 30 mins before hand for takeout, seems to be understaffed. Food was warm ish, Fry's hard and overcooked, taco had no lettuce and they added wrong ingredients. Honest opinion. Retrain your staff. If they are asking for $16 an hour they need to be able to put in the effort to earn it.

Says 24 hrs but they close the lobby at night so you're stuck waiting in the drive thru line for 20+/- mins. Only a few flavors in the 20+ flavor fountain machine. Come on guys get it together

They keep the lobby locked because they just don't wanna bother. They can't pack an order right to save their lives. They don't care about if they do a good job or if people are spending money. It is a horribly run place worth nothing. same with the people in it

I work for a fast food restaurant and I understand that sometimes you give out the old food first but when I bought from this jack on the box this morning at 11:20 it seems the food they handed out was made first thing in the morning and they didn't sell much of it yet so they decided to give it to me. If you haven't sold the old food yet and it's passed at least 2 and a half hours we toss it or if it doesn't look like it's sellable anymore we toss it. You do not serve it to costumers. Absolutely disgusting

I love jack in the box so i might be a bit bias. The only issues ive ever had at any jack in the box have been through the drive through, and its them forgetting my sauces, which can easily be fixed by asking for them at the window or making sure they're in the bag. As well as the wait, it does take time to make food and i know alot of Jacks food is made fresh so if you really think about it, there isn't anything to really complain about, when your getting good, quality, fast food.
Vegetarian options: If your vegetarian, dont go to a burger joint, easy as that.
