I've gone to this place three times this week and was left disappointed each time. Tuesday night, they left out the curly fries from the party pack. On Wed night, their ssystems were 'down', so they couldn't take any orders. And tonight, one of the workers blocked the drive thru with their vehicle. Truly spectacular service from one of the 3 places open at this time in Airway Heights.

I ordered two burgers, a small fry and drink along with a chicken nugget kids meal in the drive thru. They asked me to park while the nuggets were being cooked which was not a big deal but when they give me my food not only are there barely any fries in either fry bag but they were old. Just a suggestion: if you make someone wait for fresh nuggets, or fresh anything for that matter, you should probably make sure all their food is fresh. Super disappointing considering it cost $20

My experience here was horrible horrible horrible And I was having a hard time hearing the worker Thu the drive through and I asked him to speak up please I’m not hearing you well then he got an attitude with me and started talking to me like I was stupid when I got my food the lid was half way off my soda when I look in side of it before putting the lit on the right way there was a green slimey spit in the sprite!!
I got some chicken strips and curly fries and the people at jack in the box drew a nazi symbol on the bag

The two guys working the drive through were awesome tonight, I mean they both asked me the same questions but they got it all correct and they were pretty busy too after I had ordered there was quite a long line behind me people were pretty rude yelling and being impatient. But the employees were chill and didn't mess anything up in our order and the food was hot so we were all happy. Thank you!
