The store was clean, the food was as expected. Ty server was having a difficult time hearing, but I think it was background noise. He was extremely friendly and did bring our food to the table for us. The store was clean, but it was typical fast food fare....

These kids are getting high In The back of the store or in the bathrooms. , they live in there cars in front of the restaurant, most of every weekend this airway heights store is close for dining In. Doors are locked, went this morning around 1:37 am to get some food only online orders they said.. this store is really pissing off a lot of.people and they are done going there... pretty soon this store will shut down.. just waiting on the health inspector to fail it or catch somebody getting high in the store.. just a matter of time. Look at panda express in airway heights.. they are shut down now also for a health codes... You are next jack in the box in airway heights.. .. I seen your employees getting high outside then going to cook food for the customers...

We just tried ti go by there with 20 minutes to spare before they closed. They denied us service stating they was already closed. Fine. Taco Bell across the parking lot was glad to do our order with fast courteous service. in which will receive all 5 stars tonight. Shame on you guys. just sad and a shame really. just lost out on a butt load of money since there was a line if cars just as frustrated as us about to-do the same thing. Going go have Taco Bell. update, tried once more again a half hour before they're supposed to close! and they're sry for the inconvenience but they're closed. Lazy ppl just didn't want to make anything ?

The one star is for the employees. They are wonderful. The management here is rude, mean, and take advantage of their wonderful employees. It's why the turn around for employees is so high here.

The new burger was fantastic! Cannot remember the name of it, but it was a double, and there was bacon... ah, it was the double bacon Smash burger. Mmm!It's worth every penny!

My food was cold, as was the woman at the window. She kept interrupting me on the speaker and was rude at the window. When I reached in my bag to grab a hot (not) curly fry, I couldn't find one. Looked in the bag at my large order, and the box wasn't even half full, and that was mostly small pieces and crumbs. The fish sandwich was also very cold.

On my lunch break I went to Jack in The box thinking that they were open to find the worker outside talking to somebody in the car the worker proceeds to run inside get on the intercom and tell me that they are closed and then goes back outside to continue her conversation or whatever with whoever is in the car. Looked up open hours on Google it said open 24 hours that they were open had to settle for Taco Bell. Bad customer service

Horrible! I've never had issues like this before at this Jack in the box!They only had two people working and Jenny the one working drive thru locked the lobby doors, made me leave the drive thru and wait by the front door for her to bring my order out.She said it would only be a few minutes, it was more like ten.They made my order correctly and I'm thankful for that, but they didn't give me my receipt or the ranch packets I asked for at the drive thru window.I had to get out of my car and knock on the door to ask for ranch and it took a phone call to get my receipt.The worst thing of it all was that Jenny had wounds all over and nothing covering them. It was gross and not something I would like to see a food handler having out in open.
