What a joke. They close the lobby becaue they cant serve customers directly, but then fill orders for doordash? How about serving only drive thru? And whats up with people 500 items in drive thru.

The food was good, but they forgot part of our order. We didn't realize until we were ten miles away.

Placed a mobile order for 2 bacon and Swiss buttery jacks and a crispy chicken wrap. Instead we got a grilled chicken wrap and 2 incorrect burgers. We drive 15 minutes back from Indian trail and the cashier was kind of rude even though we were trying to be nice about it. Showed the mobile order and was willing to give the incorrect food back. They then give us one burger and not 2. I let her know I need a second one and she begins to argue with me. Again I have the order pulled up and the food to prove it. We FINALLY get our second burger and it is wrong again. This was around 4 pm, I would recommend not going here around that time as they seemed understaffed. Out of 4 burgers, they got 1 correct

Well , don't pay cash at this place , because if your change is under five cents , they just steal the remainder from you , and they don't give you anything back because they don't do pennies , nice to know million dollar company has to steal my little couple of pennies because they chose to not change their prices. If they're not giving pennies back, why would they have prices that don't end in 5 cents?

I got a flier in the mail showing a $3 giant cheese stick, I get there and all they have is a 6 piece or something for like over $5! Whatever jack in the box... ðŸ˜

I really like this jack in the box. I have been coming here for years at least 30. there taco where cheap. 50 cents a taco they would give them away for free in san diego at the Padres games cause that's where the company hq is located. I tried the smashed Burger and enjoyed it. I try applying every time I come here no luck.

I always stop for a quick breakfast on Saturday early, early morning. My go-to is 2 tacos. Breakfast of champions. And has the best fast food options, reasonably priced. The mobile app works great and often offers discounts.
I came in at about 1:30 on a Tuesday. Not necessarily a busy time, but the fact only TWO employees were working made things very slow in a non-busy part of the day. These employees however were absolutely working their butts off with what they were doing. They were communicating the whole time, never once stopped their flow of work, and even offered extra items for the wait of a customer. These employees impressed me greatly, and I highly commend them. Please give them their kudos, and that their effort did not at all go unnoticed and was appreciated. Their names were Jasmine and Ethan!!
