Friendly staff, I go there often, always different staff and they always seem to be in good moods and polite and they don’t kind running back and forth to grab you extra stuff (sauce, napkins, etc, etc) if you end up having to pull off and wait. In fact they insisted when I was like “nah it’s alright thanks” “no it’s cool one sec” and dude ran all the way in and back lol not too shabby for a FF place

I was just served the most disgusting order of fries. I ordered a large combo meal. For starters the fries were only half the portion, my container was half empty. My fries were a cluster of random over-fried things- there was fries, curly fries, onion rings crumbs, and other weird things. They were completely chewy, all broken, and clearly not fresh. Those fries tasted like they were from the night before. It was very clear that they didn’t want to wait for new fries to be cooked, so they scraped the bottom of whatever was left in their basket. It truly was the most disgustingly stale cluster of randomly fried food chunks I’ve ever had. For a $15 combo meal, I should have fries that are edible.

Living rurally, Jack in the Box is usually my go-to fast food place for the cheapest meal I can eat when I need to eat quickly while running a lot of errands on one day in the city. Food, service, and atmosphere are usually great, just not every time. I love to make my order on the app to get the best deal.

Waited almost 15 minutes before a car moved. Uber delivery driver and got me bad ratings over it. That's money. Doesn't take this long to make one order before a car moves
Giving 3 stars because I know other Jack locations are great! But this location is severely hurting. The employees have no desire for customer service and they don't give you a receipt because then how can you prove you were there. It's keeps going down hill.

Went to pick-up a doordash order. Verified the location was correct and was told it hadn't hit their system yet and to wait 5-10 minutes then to go back through the drive thru to see if it has made it through. Waited 7 minutes, went through the drive thru. Was told they can see it now. Total time to pick-up order: 19 minutes.
