Went to pick-up a doordash order. Verified the location was correct and was told it hadn't hit their system yet and to wait 5-10 minutes then to go back through the drive thru to see if it has made it through. Waited 7 minutes, went through the drive thru. Was told they can see it now. Total time to pick-up order: 19 minutes.

Very rude drive-thru service. There were only two people ahead of us yesterday at 4:15, and it took 25 minutes to get mozzarella sticks and egg rolls. The girl working the drive-thru had us park to wait, then basically tossed the bag at us without so much as a thank you. We ended up with the wrong mozzarella sticks but had no time to wait again. More training is needed in customer service, Jack in the Box management.

RPM Repair Performance Maintenance

Stopped in to get the kids' food. It was early and with the stupid hour change hangry. I got the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. Kids were happy and on with the day. The drive-thru guy was very friendly, and we were on our way to the convention center.

I was having one of the worst days I've had in a long time. Basically had a breakdown in the drive thru. The staff were not only very patient with me, but also very understanding and got my order very quickly. The food and drinks were delicious, but I tremendously appreciate the care and customer service that they provided. Thank you so much for everything you guys are amazing.

Drive-through a few days ago What a negative experience waited literally 12 minutes in line at the window for the order. I ask if the order was complete I was giving a yes, as I drove away I stopped. They forgot part of my order. The young lady was rude when I asked for the manager When a manager did come out. She was very unprofessional and was reluctant to even give me where the district office is located come to find out the district office is right there at the Hawthorne Jack-in-the-Box as if this writing I will be speaking to the district manager about the unprofessionalism of that store employee and of the acting manager of the store pathetic

Only person for drive through and they have me pull to back of building, guess they got to try and fake their speed. Never asked about sauces. No receipt offered. No napkins.
