I was there at about 7:30 p.m. on Thursday and the lobby closes at 10:00 p.m. the doors were locked and the people at the counter saw me at the doors and they didn't say anything they didn't move their hands or anything to gesture like oh the lobbies not open I stood out there for about 10 minutes before calling the Jack in the box and saying is your lobby not open and they said no because they didn't have enough staff. When I was there there were not a lot of cars I could have got my order taken and had my food out before two cars showed up. There was no reason that they couldn't bring me in and take my order or if they were really understaffed they one of them could have came out to me and said that they are understaffed in their lobby isn't open they saw me outside and didn't come even say anything to me. They had enough time to send out one person to come tell me that the lobby isn't open but they didn't do that that is very disrespectful. One employee that was at the counter saw me and did not come over and tell me that the lobby was closed. They made me wait out there for 10 minutes before I called and they saw me at the door and they didn't say anything. That is very bad customer service.

It is a shame that all these fast food places in Spokane all they do is take you money and they can't even get orders right. So now I am not blaming the mangers I blame the owners they take no interest in there restaurant they just care about counting there money. I will never eat at a fast food place in Spokane the owners are cooked people.

Went on a Saturday night and for some reason the next day I just had the worst stomachache. I threw up a couple times, didn’t think much of it. Now I had some yesterday at night (Wednesday night) and have the same stomachache and throwing up. Something isn’t right about this place!!

Over half the time I come here the staff do not answer or take my order on the intercom. This is more common late at night even though the place is advertised to be open 24 hours. The food is barely worth it at all and the employees are either rude or too high while working to take my order.
The food was okay. 21 minutes from the time I ordered food until the time I got it. ONE car was ahead of me in the drive thru. When the car ahead of me got their, they got 1 drink and 1 small bag. The staff was rude to me. I ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries. Seemed simple enough. First time at this location. Possibly the last.

I went in around 8 o'clock today. Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with no ketchup. No mustard, no Mayo got home. It was absolutely drowning in all 3 of those things. Not only that, but the drive through line took so long. I fell asleep... (12hr day) Not only was that wrong on my meal, but the fries were way overcooked and looked like they had been sitting in the cook rack. Put back in the fryer to warm up and then serve to me... The lady working the drive through was either hard-of-hearing or a complete a****** and making everyone repeat their orders over and over again and you could tell she could hear you but was making people repeat themselves cause clearly. I've been here before and never had an issue with people the only person I've ever had an issue with talking through the drive through? Is this lady? The 4 people in front of me, she made yell. She made me yell and then I could hear the 2 people behind me yelling... And to the boy that wants to be a girl with fingernails and a full beard. The circus is looking for you. Please check back in with them...
