My wife just left there out of egg roles, then gave regular fries ordered curly fries got breakfast sandwich instead. Got home curly fries hard as a rock. Breakfast sandwich cold. My wife waited 1/2 hour for that. No more. Never going back. How sad paid $8.00. This is why we don't eat out any more. Learned my lesson. 0 stars

Ugh! I come to this jack in the box alot and it definitely appears who is working there now don't care to work. I ordered a chicken fajita pita what I got was a pita with major amounts of lettuce mind u lettuce doesn't go in a fajita and one sliced tomato and literally 6 small pieces of chicken and maybe 3 silvered onions. It tasted disgusting and not any flavor or anything like a fajita. The girl at the window needs to work on her customer service she didn't greet us just told us our amount took our card and then we sat there for 5 mins then she gave us our drink waited another 4mins to get my crappy fajita. Very unhappy customer and thinking about contacting corporate on this particular jack in the box. Just got hash browns that are hard as a rock.

You KNOW this place. It's like all the rest of them, as far as the food goes. The workers were nice, the food wasn't too slow in coming out.

I had to ask for napkins seems like everyone forgets same with other things like ketchup an so on. Other wise it was ok
The worst jack in the box by far. People are rude and unprofessional, food is trash and handled horribly. They need to fire everyone and start over!

What can be said its fast-food i barely get what i pay for Fries were half dead and half fresh.Burg was not hot and not cold . Jalapeños poppers were spot on. Would i go there again sad to say but yes , like a junky looking for that 1st time wow and always coming up short.
