Anyone who is honest with themself knows that restaurants make mistakes because humans work there I am always impressed by a place that is willing to make things right and out of the Dozen plus times I've been here the fact that the one time there was a mistake was resolved easily and quickly and respectfully is wonderful and makes this a restaurant worth going back to. Shout out to Dallas and whatever manager helped him resolve my concern.

This place must have the most miserable ppl working there. This is the fry they gave me and this has happened more than once. Don't eat here if you can avoid it. They have zero clue about customer service and the food is always sloppy. Sort yourself out ppl.

I came to the drive threw tonight on Friday November 28th around midnight or maybe a little before within the general proximity. Me and my fiancé pull up to the drive through super excited for the breakfast THEY SERVE ALL DAY which was listed on their sign as well. We asked for the breakfast brunch meal and was told by the Lady manager in a snappy voice that they didn’t even have that on their menus and tried ringing us up for a completely different meal we said no of course cause that not what we wanted and we were still refused breakfast and the manager was still snappy and rude. I called the store after calling the Argonne store and had asked the manager in charge at pines what the general managers name was she didn’t tell me but told me what time the general manager would arrive at the store. I had let her know I contacted the other store and was about to ask why she had refused to serve breakfast and she blantantly hung up the phone after saying Rudely that she will let her store manager I’m going to show up which I never said I was going to do I was gonna call. I was informed by the other store this is a reoccurring thing . Kindly As a company this is something very big and hurtful to your company by First customer service is the face of your company and is defiantly very poor. I have a feeling we I weren’t the only ones that was told no about getting breakfast which than loses that store so much money cause there missing sales from employees on the clock not wanting to do their job properly and it just being lazy.

Looks like your Pines location needs to be shut down for poor performance as well. I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes and not one person came to take my order horrible service and it smells like sewage and dirty. Grease traps.

24 hour location that will only take mobile orders at 430am. He said it was going to take iver 10 minutes to get order ready since he was the only one there. Even though app said eight minutes. Asked to cancel order but he said he was not able to do that.

Every time I've got to this location the people work have super rude. I just got food had to order online because the computer was being reset which is but I asked for sauce I was told no because I should of ordered it on the app. Well would love to but I couldn't find the option to do that. I asked the lady who brought the food out to me she was rude and basically wasn't any help. If I'm spending $20 to $30 on food I would like sauce. I will also be complaining to corporate as well because this was bs
