I frequently come to this Jamba, but today was the first time I've seen ONE employee running the show. She was kind, patience, and friendly. I watched her make 5-6 smoothies alone and she gave each customer the same grace as the last. Thank you for making the world a little brighter with your kindness ✨️

I got the Peanut Butter Moo'd, and my gosh it was a symphony of pleasantry. Smoothy, creamy, delicious! The employees were exceptionally nice, everything was fast, easy, and professionaly. Serious, an awesome experience!

Smoothie day 7/27/24 for myself (White Gummi) and for my daughter (Orange Dream). They were both yummy. The weather in Spokane was still summer time warm/hot. It’s always a treat to get any type of Jamba juice drinker/smoothie or food/snack. Customer service were nice and quick. There are two tables available which overlooks one of the courtyards within the Spokane Valley Mall.

Great shakes. Good service. There is often a line and a wait, but the smoothies are made fresh and they are worth the wait.
Vegetarian options: All the shakes and smoothies, of course, are vegetarian and are definitely worth it.

Waited 10+mins before anyone said a word to me. Was there picking up a grubhub order. Stood by the sign and was ignored by all 3 employees. When I was finally acknowledged and given the order, I said thank you have a great day and was ignored again.Bad customer service.
