Smoothie day 7/27/24 for myself (White Gummi) and for my daughter (Orange Dream). They were both yummy. The weather in Spokane was still summer time warm/hot. It’s always a treat to get any type of Jamba juice drinker/smoothie or food/snack. Customer service were nice and quick. There are two tables available which overlooks one of the courtyards within the Spokane Valley Mall.

Great shakes. Good service. There is often a line and a wait, but the smoothies are made fresh and they are worth the wait.
Vegetarian options: All the shakes and smoothies, of course, are vegetarian and are definitely worth it.

Waited 10+mins before anyone said a word to me. Was there picking up a grubhub order. Stood by the sign and was ignored by all 3 employees. When I was finally acknowledged and given the order, I said thank you have a great day and was ignored again.Bad customer service.

Spend a lot and barely get anything so disappointed this is 9 and it’s not even full I’ll go to a place that actually gives me my moneys worth next time

I made 2 friends from this place and I cant wait to get a job here when I come back from my trip. This place is amazing. I love their Apple in greens and carrot and orange twists juice. Im so excited.

Great and friendly staff. Whenever I walk the mall, they recognize and wave to me… admittedly this tactic has worked, I’ve drank so much Jamba the past 3 months! Thank you for your friendly service. :)

The one in Vancouver and the one here in Spokane are spiritually the same I was upset when I moved because there wouldn't be one, but I found to this one and was very excited to realize the menu items tasted exactly the same and the staff were so polite, definitely deserves 5 stars!

The drink was good. But the cashier was texting on their cell phone the whole time they were taking my order. She got things on my order wrong and had to fix them a couple of times. I had to remind her to press the button for me to pay because she was so occupied.
