Every single time I order a turkey club they never put the freaking bacon on the sandwich and that’s the whole point of the sandwich. They always forget the oil and vinegar when I ask for it on the side. Nobody ever answers the phone when you want to call and talk to someone. It’s frustrating

They're alright but I wish there were more toppings or sauces I could add. And be careful with the "juice" they kind of go over the top with it. However I love their pickles, they're a thousand times better than Subways. I'm also looking forward to trying the Italian subs. I've only had the club sub. Which goes really well with yellow or honey mustard.
Parking: The parking lot is kind of crowded from all the businesses surrounding it.

GABRIEL deserves recognition for going above and beyond for me when I was rushing to get there before closing from the deep valley (heading home). I don't like to order from places that are about to close but he made me feel very welcome and that time wasn't a factor and to get there safely. I came in 10 minutes to close and felt so bad but he was very kind and willing to accommodate to my order. I will definitely be back again! Thanks Gabriel and Jersey Mike's Crew, you the real MVP's

Even though they were very busy, our subs were made correctly, and just as importantly, cleanly. At times we have gone to our Jersey Mike's in Maryland and the oil seems to be everywhere BUT on the sub. This place, while fast, got everything right, tidy, and clean. They also kept their work areas cleaned as they worked. I really appreciated how they wiped down the slicer each time between customers.

Hands down my favorite sub place. Their sandwiches are delicious. For the most part the staff handles themselves well. They are almost always busy when I am there, having to not only deal with in person orders but tons of online orders as well. People who are complaining about the wait times and staff not being friendly have obviously never worked in food service and don't realize how hard and stressful it can actually be, especially if having to deal with difficult customers while being slammed.
It’s people like Caydence and Gracie that give me faith in the next generation. Here is two girls, both in college, both working multiple jobs - I come in 5min before closing and the place is SPOTLESS clean (so I know they just cleaned) yet they greeted me like I was the first customer of the day. From there they proceeded to make literally the greatest Jersey Mike’s Sub I’ve ever seen, while being unbelievable hospitable and social. I genuinely hope JerseyMikes understand how lucky they are to have you guys representing their brand. I will forever be a loyal customer ONLY because of awesome gals like Caydence and Gracie. Thanks for taking pride in every little detail even when no one is looking, that one trait will serve you better than anything else in life?
