We came in monday. I was not going to leave a review but now i must. let me start by saying the service we got was a little chaotic. We walked in and we greated. We placed our ordered. the ladies working we working hard. They were very unorganized. The girls working mixed up our sandwiches we someone else's while making it. which was no big deal at first. We ordered 3 sandwiches the #8, #12, #17.
the number 12's meat had absolutely no flavor. it was like the meat had been soaked in water all day. the number 17 was like warm. they made it super fast wasn't even in the grill very long. the biggest issue and this isn't the first time. we had a long blonde hair in half of the number #8. this is the second time we have found a hair in our food from jersey Mike's. this is why we stopped going to the one on tje south hill and starting driving to the north side location. This will be the last time. we go.

We love their subs but only with light vinegar and oil. Put that as instructions and of course it’s soaked.
Order was placed via the app and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived a couple minutes after that and my husband went in and told them his name. They said oh I’m finishing that up now. He waited for 20 minutes. I finally went in and asked about it and they said oh here it is and grabbed a bag off the counter. All while a group of employees were huddled in the back talking. You think they would have asked him why he was still standing there.

Great cold subs! Love the pepper relish and some killer cream soda and root beer. Hot subs are very underwhelming. Not sure why but Bruchis is just better for some reason in that area.

I ordered around an hour and a half ago and my food was amazing. Asked for extra pickles on the side, extra mayo, onions, and peppers, and was very impressed by the care and quality put into my order. I called to ask who were my sub artistes were and I believe the names were tyler & rylin. Thank you so much!
Pretty good food, and nice staff. My only complaint was the massive online order being processed between in-person orders. I know it wasn't staff's fault, but it made for some extremely confusing ordering. Jersey Mike's, if mobile orders are that popular, do a mobile order station in the back or something. That way the staff handling in-person orders aren't overwhelmed and confused.

I didn't even order food. The same young staff person we've had issues with before was being his usual know-it-all rude-remarks self again. Found myself getting angry (again) and decided that I don't need to be angry. And I don't need someone to mistreat me, which is why he angers me. So, I left. I'll go spend my $53 at J.M. in Airway Heights instead. This Northtown store lost a sale today and probably a customer too as I've decided to not allow him to treat me this way anymore. I'll happily continue coming to this location as long as I don't have to deal with him. But if he's there, I'll drive to A.H. It's out of my way but totally worth it to be treated respectfully. I gave two stars just because I love J.M. and couldn't bring myself to rate a 1 star.

Management is completely incompetent. The manager did nothing to help us when they made our sandwichs wrong, and the rest of the staff was extremely rude and did nothing to correct it. I can’t believe this place is open with management in such a disarray!
